They're a crappy exchange. They're the same old same old: a verified account, and they ask for documents again. This time, it was an abuse. They asked me for photos of where I live, including my APT number and a selfie, bank documents, and credit cards. They're still asking for more: 1,500 euros stolen. Be very careful with these sites and check their reputation.

To date, I have had no reason to complain, perhaps the best alternative for those who cannot bet on the Exchange on the real Betfair.
However, today I placed a bet (ID199548019) like so many others.

A game that was tied 2-2 after 62 minutes. I must have placed the bet in the 67th minute, when there was another goal, with odds of 1.53 and a value of €4,511.

At the end of the game my bet was returned, with the justification: "all bets matched within the timeframe of 16:02:33 UK time – 16:22:28 UK time were voided due to the market failing to process the 3rd goal."

I can't understand this justification. The market was correct, the result was correct, the odds were correct.
I bet, I won, and they simply canceled my bet with an invalid justification.

Someone enter in my account and I think was one of their employees...
After I made a deposit at night, after 3-4 hours someone placed nonsense bets only to pass the funds on another account.

Points noirs :

- les conditions générales sont inaccessibles. Impossible de savoir sous quelle juridiction est Piwi247. S'il arrive le moindre problème avec Piwi247, vous ne serez pas protégé et vous pourriez perdre votre argent.
- SAV véritablement problèmatique. Les tickets d'incident sont clôturés sans argumentaire sérieux et sans apporter le soin d'une réflexion sérieuse. Aucune réponse aux relances, non plus. Aussi, les tickets d'incident ne semblent pas sauvegardés : si vous recontactez à nouveau le service client pour résoudre un problème, vous devrez à chaque fois réexpliquer le problème et repartir de zéro, comme s'il n'y avait pas eut d'échanges par le passé au sujet du problème. Je dis bien "à chaque fois", ce qui signifie, par conséquent, que vous ne pourrez pas résoudre de litige.

Il y a donc aucune protection (sérieuse) du consommateur. C'est à vos risques et périls.

Seems legit website, but care. sometimes they dont settle a bet for no reason. "under review" from their livechat agent, since 48hrs im waiting to get paid. Result of the match is done since more than 48hrs but well, its under review !!! Not so serious in my humble opinion.

Really good platform. It does seem like a slightly sketchy site but I've never had any issues. They pay out quickly and sort out issues well (like an esports match I bet on had DDoSing issues and they refunded my bet). There has been a few times where they cancel bets as fixtures are initially wrong (bo7 vs bo5) which has lost me quite a lot of money but those matches could've gone either way.

Ps: don't try to impersonate someone on this site as they require ID checks and Skype interviews with staff when withdrawing which is a little weird but oh well

so yeah payment no issue (btc), limits like normal pinnacle but capped. support good. KYC a hassle but eventually worked out. they do limit you tho unlike pinnacle after 15kish profit. withdrawal no issue so they legit. Pinnacle with the right agent probably better.
