Really easy to use and guests loved it - as did the birthday girl! Worth checking network/signal/wifi in venue as disposable camera option worked much better once people were on wifi. Customer service also really helpful when needed.

It was a fail for us.
Unfortunately you did not share pertinent information that video uploads option were limited to 2 minutes, because we bought the service so we could share a 3.5 minute video as a wedding favour to our guests. So we did not get what we paid for. There were no mentions of time limits in your description of the services offered, I could only test it the day of, or pay an additional 35$ to discover that what we wanted to use the service would not work. Nice try but it was a fail for our wedding.

Purchased for sisters Engagement
I purchased this for my sisters engagement party and it was a great addition to the event. People had fun taking photos and we loved that they all went to one place afterwards. I would definitely purchase this again for an event!!

Unfortunately this was not what we expected. Really hard to use. And unable to upload photos. Which resulted in it not being used. Concept was amazing but the site couldn't pull it off!! Massive let down for such an important day

Do not trust them with this important day!
The idea is great, and we loved the guestbook option, but it wasn't clear to the guests how to actually sign the guest book. There was an issue getting our account activated after we made payment and I had to reach out to customer service they corrected it quickly so they get two stars. There were only a few of our guests that were actually able to upload photos so that was really disappointing which is why you only get two stars. I cannot recommend as this day was too important for a glitch like that.

As for uploading photos and signing the guestbook: PixelParty is designed to be incredibly easy to use, but it does rely on guests having a stable internet connection. We also provide clear instructions during setup and in the event dashboard to help guide guests through the process.

You are Welcome at our Events Any Time!!
What a great way to bring 85 people for our Family Reunion together! From the younger ages to the older ones, Pixel Party was a hit! Very user friendly! What a fun way to collect everyone's photos is one place. Revolutionary! And with the event link, the ones that missed the event will be able to view the photos.
I must say, the Customer Service Support was outstanding! All my questions were answered promptly via email. And their lead-up to the event reminder emails seemed like they were just as excited about our event as we were!

The ease of use for guests was a welcomed convenience. The ability to have an aggregate of each person's perspective of my event shared in one place made photo sharing extremely easy and convenient. There is even a way for guests to add a message for everyone to see (nice feature I didn't know about when I bought my picture event package). I 100% recommend!!

Easy to setup and easy to use. Well worth the money.
Only small issue is that it is harder than what it need to be to share a link to invite people to upload, and for yourself to find your way back to manage the album.

We understand your point about sharing the upload link and managing the album, we’ve designed the upload link and album management to be as simple as possible and we're actively working on making that experience even smoother. In the meantime, we've launched a full Help Desk with step-by-step articles and solutions to guide you. We also recommend printing and displaying your event’s QR code at key spots like entrance tables and photo areas it’s the easiest way for guests to access the upload page instantly.
