I had a 10% off discount code as a new pixie member and the discount was “added” but never taken off in the total? Disappointed by this. Excited for my new products though!

Why is the shipping so expensive?!
I'd have given you five stars if the shipping wasn't $17! Why is it so expensive, especially for such a small item? It's more than half the price of the tiny card holder I bought myself for my birthday. :-( Despite that extra cost, I am looking forward to receiving it. :-)

I reached out to Customer service to ask about materials ( basically all recycled yeah ) and treatment of workers ( all sounds great ). They send me a lovely detailed message that made me feel great about moving forward purchasing with them . I’m yrying to buy less , with more recycled materials with fair treatment of workers .Pixie mood has my vote ! No green washing here !

I subscribed for the newsletter but did not receive the 10% off code and I was wanting to put in an order. I called Pixie Mood and a lovely young lady gave me the code if I chose to use it. It was that simple. Great service!
