The product is beautiful and high quality. I liked that it came with an extender to wear it at different lengths. My only small complaint was that shipping was quite slow - 2 weeks. But I am in Canada and Pixie Wing is not.

Received my Vesta Ring Keeper, Nera and Lumea earrings. Love the ring keeper, it is so handy and my husband thinks its magic whenever I put my ring on it! 😂 I wish I can give 4.8 or something; the only negative is that Nera earrings’ posts were pretty badly bent from the orange pouch & packaging envelope. I wish it was a little more protected from bending.

So far as the necklace itself goes, it's a neat and handy thing to have around! I will say that it does have its limits, but it does a good job in most situations. Personally, I've found it's easier just wearing my ring while I do yoga than ending up lying on my necklace, but for dishes, rock climbing, volunteer work, and lots else, it's fabulous.

On top of being a great product, they’ve gone the extra mile to demonstrate excellent customer service on top of that.

My necklace chain broke recently and I emailed them to ask whether they would sell me a new one. Instead they opted to cover it under warranty and are replacing the chain for me.

Can’t have any complaints about that.
Will be recommending them whenever it comes up.

Had an issue with the necklace’s plating peeling off. Instantly got a response from the support team letting me know that they’ve improved their processes, and offered a free replacement.

New one arrived with no issues

Great communication, quality product. The price is steep for what it is... but the necklace is made very well, comes with length extenders provided, is easy to use, is break-resistant (I've worn it in a lot of situations), is packaged and shipped nicely, and is beautiful. When mine arrived then was on sale 3 days after arrival, Pixie Wing credited my account, honoring the sale price for me. When I wanted to return the gold one I got for another design, return was easy and email responses were super fast and helpful.

The chain is a little cheap tbh. It twists up very easily every time I insert or remove my ring. The chain can be smoother. I chose your classic design and my ring almost got stuck because I'm wearing a bulgari Bzero something that is quite thick. So I had to forcibly open up the tear drop better. Maybe consider a wish bone shape instead? Love the earrings. The clasp can be tighter but maybe the metal is soft so it needs careful handling.

I wasn't a 100% sure i'd like this necklace as much as I do. However, as a healthcare practitioner and a runner it is my favorite piece! I keep it longer to hide in my clothing, but 10/10 recommend this piece!

I loved my ringkeeper necklace so much and used it every day for about a year and some months. Unfortunately my chain broke, so I contacted Pixie Wings customer service. Lesley was absolutely amazing! She helped me so fast and they now are not only sending me a completely new necklace but also an upgrade. I really couldn't be happier with the product and the support.

I bought the Vesta Ring Keeper in sterling silver from Pixie Wing in August 2024. I have been wearing it daily for about a year and I have not seen any tarnishing . I contacted Pixie Wing recently as the chain extender that came with the necklace broke so I inquired if I could get a replacement chain extender. They responded promptly and sent me a new set (necklace included). They additionally upgraded my necklace from sterling silver to 18k plated white gold since it seems like they no longer sell the sterling silver version.

I bought one for myself and thought it was so beautiful AND so useful, that I bought one for my goddaughter, who is a veterinarian. I thought it might be great for her for when she has to take her rings off at work. She loves it, said it was the coolest thing that she didn't even know she needed. Thank you!

Customer service was awesome - emails helpful and friendly. Orders (placed two) arrived when expected- no custom issues. We love the design. Practical and easy to use.
