September of 2024 I proposed to my fiancé and I decided to purchase a ring keeper for her, for the last year she used it when at work (nurse) and she loves it. Sadly it broke but the 2 year warranty saved the day! The customer service and care to help me resolve the issue was amazing. Words can’t describe how grateful and amazing the staff was. This product is amazing and it brings joy to my fiancé. Get this product it’s totally worth it.

Lesley of Pixie Wing was very responsive and timely of my concern with the extension piece of my necklace. She was able to get me a replacement in the mail within two days! I appreciate the prompt response.

Product is great but the customer service is even better, really happy with the necklaces (have bought three so far, two as gifts) and can only recommend.

Pragmatism meets pretty. Absolutely functional, helps me whenever I need my hands free. I work in healthcare so I gotta take off my ring a lot. Not only does it keep my ring safe and secure, it's a conversation starter for anyone who sees her dangling around my neck. Highly recommended for anyone in a line that requires your hands free from obstruction.

I love my pixie wing necklace! It’s a fashion piece and very functional. I always take my ring off after I wash my hands or put lotion on. Before my ring would just go in my pocket or my purse or in my lap while I let my hands dry completely. So many times I would forget to put it back on or stand up forgetting I set it on my lap. I’ve been very blessed not to have lost my ring (although I’ve had some close calls). But with the pixie wing I get to wear it at all times whether it is on my finger or around my neck. Thank you for this creative much needed piece of jewelry! Absolutely a genius idea!

I work in a busy kitchen and have to be bare below the elbows, so as thrilled as I was when my partner proposed with a gorgeous ring I knew I needed to find an alternative way to wear it. I absolutely love my pixie wing necklace and have had loads of compliments! It's like a magic trick how you can put the ring on there without taking the necklace off! And I love that I can keep my ring close even when it's not on my finger!

The quality of the necklace is superior. I love how sturdy the chain is and that it has an extender so that I may customize the length depending on what I'm wearing. I don't have to worry about misplacing my ring when washing my hand or wearing gloves. My only regret is that I didn't buy this sooner.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my ring keeper chain break! I contacted customer service and they guided me through their process for obtaining a new RingKeeper under their 2 year warranty. Satisfaction guaranteed! I received my new piece a couple of weeks later, relieved my rings can be safely kept once again.
