The ring keeper I ordered got lost in the mail and they sent me a replacement, it looks great!

The company shipped the jewelry fast which I appreciated. And the bags it comes with are amazing.

I bought this ring for my new fiancée due to how many times she is washing her hands due to our new baby and taking her ring off. Before i bought her the pixie wing She was setting the ring in a different place each time she took it off. Now, it goes right on the pixie wing with so much ease. Couldn’t be happier with the product and would recommend to anyone who takes their rings off atleast once a day.

Super fast delivery and great packaging. We bought this for my mom so she can wear my dad's wedding band (after his passing). It is beautiful and mom loves it! This is a great way to keep his ring safe and let her carry his memory with her.

The package with my order was lost by the post in my country (Belgium). The Pixie Wing customer team was not waiting for packaged to be found or did not move responsibility to me to deal with unrealiable service. They immediately send a replacement with fast shipping and the pack was still able to get to me before Christmas. The quality of the. product is great too 5/5

I will highly recommend the Stainless Steel Zenith to others regardless of gender (I am female) as I feel this style of necklace is very unisex, likeall of the designs are.

The necklace came well packaged, is the perfect length to put over my head, and was so easy to use with my arthritis. I may consider an upgrade once I stop being ill. :)

The company did not try to negociate, the people saw there was a problem with the durability and they simply sent a new one. This is really appreciated ❤️ (my gold plated necklace was becoming more and more pale, more silver than gold. The company said that they changed their process to gold plate their necklaces since my purchase).

I was supported by Rog after a courier provider stole my parcel on delivery. Managed to get a replacement sent out within a single afternoon and most of that time was me being slow to respond to a couple follow up emails. Truly fantastic customer service!

I purchased one Nordika and one Embody Ring Keeper necklace.

Embody was stable and sturdy and my mom uses it on a daily basis for months now.

Nordika in comparison felt thin and I was concerned at first with how much give the material has that the ring that keep it on the chain might snap off. I will say that I have also used it on a daily basis for the past 2 months and have had no issue.

I have also not experienced any discoloration or scratching on the necklace.

USPS delivered my order to the wrong house and they were so quick and helpful to ship the order again!!!!

It's a pretty necklace on it's own, but to be able to quickly and easily pop my ring on and off without having to put it down somewhere is awesome. I work in Healthcare, and I love gardening and baking. I don't want dough, dirt, or hospital germs on my ring. This necklace keeps my ring clean and beautiful and also easily to hand! I honestly can't recommend it enough. Also, putting the ring onto and off of the necklace is super satisfying!
