It’s perfect! I hesitated buying it for a while, but honestly wish I had bought it the moment I got engaged. I use it CONSTANTLY throughout the day as I lift and wash and (my ring is a bit sharp) so even when I am working with children. I use it for the gym, for when I’m fiddling with my plants, every time I wash my hands, when I cook and clean. It’s awesome and I have 0 regrets! Plus it gets compliments even when it’s not in use- so aesthetics are a plus!

The necklace was a little over priced, but I knew I needed it when I got engaged to not lose my ring when I take it off (mostly for work). It feels nice having it secure with me, and not placed somewhere else I could forget it. Some things are just worth spending the money on. It looks great and you’d never tell the necklace was a tool for my ring and not just a fashion choice I made.

Had my necklace for a few days and while I was on a dog walk, the pendant fell off somewhere. I only realised when I got home and the chain fell to the floor. I immediately contacted pixie wing and within minutes they replied and are sending me a new necklace. I can’t fault the customer service! Amazing. I am however nervous now to put my rings on the new one, as had I put my engagement ring on this, it would be lost now too. I really hope the next one is sturdier and I’ll only wear it for the gym now I think but it’s really refreshing to deal with such a nice company!

I ordered a necklace a year ago for my wife and had a problem with it so I sent them an email. Rog was the one who got back to me extremely fast and even though the necklace I had was discontinued Rog suggested alternatives that would work well and handled my issue with extreme efficiency. I would absolutely order another product from them.

Both me and my partner ordered a ring keeper for each other, mine arrived in great condition but his had a minor defect on the chain. After consulting with customer support they were very eager to help and made sure to ship a new chain free of charge with a great and friendly attitude in the emails, they even made sure to do an extra quality check to ensure our satisfaction with the new chain as they understood that this was an important item for us. We are both super happy with our ring keepers and would highly recommend the Pixie Wing ring keeper

Pixie wing is incredible! I have had my necklace for well over a year and I have worn it everywhere, in the shower, at the gym, at work. It is such a wonderful peace of mind as an avid weight lifter and registered nurse I know my rings are safe. I also want to shout out their customer service team. I broke the chain on my pendant and after trying to find replacements I reached out to them in hopes of purchasing a new chain. They generously sent me a whole new necklace after I sent them a picture of my pendant! So grateful for them and after trying multiple other ring holder necklaces I will forever stick with pixie wing. Well worth the price especially when you have that type of customer service.

There was a small breakage in the chain. I contacted customer service with the issue and provided photos. I received prompt response and a resolution to the issue in one communication. Also, the product quality and functionality are excellent.

I have nothing but good things to say! First, the idea behind this necklace is genius! As a firefighter, I need to be able to quickly take my ring off and put it somewhere safe where I won’t lose it. This necklace is perfect! Second, their customer service was incredible. I had a small issue with my necklace, I reached out and within 24 hours everything was rectified. I am so impressed and highly recommend this company and their products to everyone!

I had a unfortunate event that resulted in a damaged necklace that holds my wedding ring. I reached out to Pixie Wing regarding warranty and they immediately responded back and ensured I was taken care of and proceeded with replacing my damaged necklace. PixieWing’s customer service is seriously outstanding! I contacted them after the chain of my Vesta Ring Keeper (which I wore every day) broke, and they replied super fast and were incredibly kind.
Even though the sterling silver chains are discontinued, they went way above and beyond — they sent me an upgraded replacement chain and included a brand-new Ring Keeper pendant so I could enjoy a complete upgraded set.
I’m honestly so impressed by how they handled everything. Beautiful products, amazing people, and customer care done right. Highly recommend! ✨💛

Great product, I have my ring keeper necklace for nearly 4 months now, never took it off- its great. I did notice the chain went a bit dark. I contacted customer service, I must say I’m so impressed by how prompt and efficient they were. I have a replacement sent to me.

I ordered a necklace and earrings but when the package was delivered it contained someone else's order. It was a Christmas present and we found out on boxing day. I send an email the same day and got a response the same day as well. My order was resend straight away and the problem solved perfectly! Thank you for such service!

Hi pixie wings, I reviewed a few months ago about my purchase of a number of necklaces as gifts now it is New Year I thought I was happy with my review but I've got more to say as I've got feedback from receivers pixie wings you are fantastic thank you for making savvy ring saver for the next generation we are also placed with them no rings to be left over a sink or in a purse or a where is my rings a chance of an where are my rings gone opportunity to occur they have been really well received as gifts one was to go to a situation of assisted care care where you never know who the next person will come in through the door they are so happy they can slip their rings on or off during the day as they please others are going to those about to be married in healthcare
