Great service!

I was on the hunt for one of the Replicade mini-arcades and found one in stock at InMediaShop. Being in the UK I was a bit hesitant buying from a website in Italy I knew nothing about.

They have an online chat and responded straight away to my questions before purchase.

We had an issue where the courier company stopped the item at customs and refused to release even though they had all the information, so it went back to InMediaShop and they sent it out again using a different courier. This arrived in 4 days in perfect condition. Brexit, enough said!

I would like to give a special mention to Flavio at InMedia who has been nothing but superb throughout, always sending me emails, often at night informing me of my item's progress.

So in a nutshell, they are a real company offering great service and I will definitely use them again.

Absoluter Spitzen-Shop
