I ordered a snack pack which had chicken tenders and onions rings, it came in a bad package, like it was not full, and it tasted like oil, definitely unsatisfied with the food and how it was served.

I tried Pizza Pizza again, and it was a big mistake. The pizza had nearly no sauce, barely any cheese, and was cardboard-tasting. I tried to contact support via chat, and they just copy-pasted generic responses and did not offer anything to fix this. It felt like they really don't care at all about their customers.

Pizza Pizza at 545 steeles avenue west is the worst location to order Pizza. They always make wrong order and the staff is way too rude and arrogant. Pizza pizza should take some action and teach some customer service skills to their employees.

I recently ordered from Pizza Pizza today Nov 14th, 2025 after seeing a flyer advertising several promos and one which said, 2 medium pizzas, 4 toppings, 4 drinks, and 2 dips for $24.99. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing like what was advertised.

First, while placing my order online, I noticed that the price kept increasing as I added toppings—even though the flyer clearly stated the 4 toppings were included. I added only three toppings to the first pizza and one topping to the second, yet the total jumped to $27.92, which already contradicted the $24.99 promo. This feels misleading.

At checkout, the payment summary showed “Tip: $0”, but after paying, I realized they had added a $4.12 tip without my permission. What made it worse was that the tip amount was not listed anywhere on the receipt they sent to me—it only appeared in the final total, almost as if it was hidden intentionally. Tips should be optional and transparent, not quietly added without consent.

The delivery service was also extremely disappointing. I placed the order around 8:05–8:10 pm, and it didn’t arrive until 9:18 pm. The tracker kept showing “Your driver is on their way” for over 30 minutes with no movement at all. When I called customer care, the attendant claimed the driver was already on the way, then I explained that I had been seeing the exact same message for the past 30 minutes. Only after he put me on hold to “check” shortly after the call, the tracker suddenly start moving—making it clear the information given earlier wasn’t true.

Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience—from misleading pricing and a hidden unauthorized tip to inaccurate customer service and slow delivery. It was a bad experience, I would not recommend ordering from Pizza Pizza.

Had a bad experience 14 years ago but decided to try again. And apparantely they haven't changed in 14 years. Horrible customer service. Can't believe they continue to be in business.

It is the absolute worst tasting pizza I have ever had..I have tried from different places and all are the same...I also used to work for them...I prefer frozen pizzas over it any day of the week..I will never ever order from them again as it is pure garbage

Pizza Pizza in our town. Phone call, misunderstood our order for a XXL three meat pizza. They had the incorrect name for the telephone order. There are easily 8 pizza joints here in this town. An effort to improve the quality of the pizza is most necessary. this is my second time ordering pizza from Pizza Pizza

Double charged me and wouldnt give me my money back and tried to get me to wait up too 72 hours so i had to call my bank to dispute the charge. wouldnt not recommend as they steal from you and dont care about their customers

Just ordered a 10 piece wi gs at the Lawrence and Keele location. The price on the menu board is $13.89 and I was charged $14.09. I questione why the difference. Was told $14.09 is the new price. They refused to refund me 20 cents. I was told either cancel the order or pay $14.09. Kinda shocking that I had this experience. Yeah, 20 cents is nothing. But it's just a big FU from the restaurant owner. I canceled the order and will go somewhere else. I have ordered Pizza Pizza for over 40 years. Just shcked by the callowness.

We ordered the new chicken tenders. Received chicken bites. Everything was also lukewarm.
They sent new chicken tenders. Only a few tenders were a descent size. So small, not worth the money.
