J'aimerais mettre 0. 2h après la commande je n'ai toujours rien et je découvre que c'est fermé. Avec aucunne communication bien sûr.

Ils se moquent du monde, plus jamais.

Delivery took 2.5 hours and the restaurant would not answer the phone. Head office phone said they can’t help.

Over the years it hasn't gotten terrible the food and the service. My most recent order was through pizza pizza app I paid for it ahead of time and they have a 40 minute guarantee, I received my pizza cold and 45 minutes over the 40 minute or free. I called and thr gentlemen I spoke with said my refund had been processed, business day 5 I reached out because I have yet to receive my refund and I just was told 7 days thats when you'll get it, well day 7 and here we are with no refund and getting no communication back from customer service. I addressed my concern that I really didn't think it was processed and its here we are really not looking like it was done. Truly will not be returning to pizza pizza because every time something different happens.

I ordered from Pizza Pizza (315 Dundas Street East) and my pizza was delivered late. Despite their “40 minutes or it’s free” policy, I have not received a full refund. The quality of the pizza was also unacceptable—it arrived cold and was inedible.

Customer service has been completely unsatisfactory. I was given a $10 credit to use towards the purchase of another pizza, which I made clear was for the poor quality, not in place of the full refund I was promised for the late delivery. To date, no refund has been issued, and Pizza Pizza is not honouring its own delivery guarantee.

I will not be ordering from Pizza Pizza again.

Brutal brutal, the only reason I'm giving this place one star is it wouldn't give me any other options. Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Almost no toppings and terribly dry crust. I recommend they stop making pizza and consider some other line of work.

Company just outright steals from customers. Place an order for pizza and wings and the popcorn chicken tater tots, no wings delivered at all and receive just tater tots with a drizzle of hot sauce, called to complain, they delivered the wings half hour later and still no popcorn chicken tater tots. Call again and they say they have already compensated. Literally showed the driver. Refuse to refund the small portion of the order or make it correctly. Never again, just theft and cold pizza. The ten bucks is irrelevant, it's the principal and disrespect.

The pizza I bought was thin and oily it tasted alright but I would consider buying from other pizzerias.

Never had any issues before but time was very I was very upset. I ordered a large order and among that order was a small pepperoni pizza without cheese. Low and behold I got a pizza with cheese. Tried to change change it. I had to call 3 times and be put on hold for about 40 min before being told that it was my error and that and that they wouldn't replace it. I'm not saying I didn't make an error but this situation could have been handled a lot quicker and a lot better. Wasted my time for nothing

Poor communication, and never stuck to their word of 50 mins delivery. Lied completely and never delivered after talking to customer service too. Horrible.

Si je pouvais mettre 0, je le ferais, j'ai commandé une très très grande pizza avec bacon, poulet au beurre, champignons, et supplément fromage. Je n'avais ni champignons, ni bacon, ni poulet, comme si j'avais acheté une pizza au fromage seulement. Je suis vraiment déçu car et je ne achèterai plus rien chez eu

Good quality for price. It`s not amazing but if you need some food fast is the best option

Je commande toujours chez pizza pizza depuis plusieurs mois. Laisse-moi vous dire que la livraison est à la limite du temps donné. J'attends toujours ma pizza depuis 80 minutes et le délais est de 50!? Étant donné cette déception, je ne ferai plus affaires avec eux. Et ma pizza gratuite, c'est de l’insouciance du client et une déception totale. Si je pouvais donner zéro, je le ferais. Extrêmement décevant !!!

I spend hundreds of dollars there in the course of short periods of time we routinely order at least a couple times a month. I was supposed to get a credit $10 credit because they messed up my previous order my options or get another pizza or get another credit they said they didn’t get confirmation. I wanted the $10 I hung up the phone. I want to order tonight And they said no we’re not gonna honour that they had record that that conversation occurred but said I hung up the phone before the credit could be issued so now they’ve lost me as a customer terrible business terrible service they’ve given up hundreds and hundreds of dollars over $10 now they will no longer have me as a customer. Don’t go there and their pizza sucks anyway the last couple orders iPad it taste like cardboard because it takes so long to get here.

I took two friends with me having been there myself previously, I took them because I knew they would like the food, they wasn’t disappointed either, in fact one of them even took one home for his partner, the manager was extremely friendly too came and had a chat with us, we will all definitely be going again, that’s pizza pizza in Wakefield, try it you won’t regret it

I went to pizza pizza during my lunch break at school ordered a snack box with onion rings it charged me for dill and ketchup but didn't give me any such a waste of money

I don't want to even give them 1 star! I called about a double charge and the first guy was so rude and told me he couldn't help then hung up on me. Then I called the next day and I had a guy that basically called me an idiot and accused me of not checking my bank. He was so rude and condescending, he said hold on and then hung up on me. I called back and finally got a young girl who was very friendly and helpful. This truthfully has done it for me I am not ordering from Pizza pizza any more and I have done so for many years. If they want to keep customers they should do something about their non-existent customer service!! Disgusting!
