I will no longer do business with this company, they do not honer there 50 min delivery. And they no long treat the customer like they are valued. The food has been getting worse each time and they make no attempt to fix any issue you have. They will work harder to find a reason why it's your fault they failed then to admit a mistake on there end. Be happy to see them go the way of so many other places out of business.

Possibly the worst pizza I have ever had …. My pizza’s arrived early which I thought was a good thing. But now I question when it was made. They were cold , cheese was lumpy and cracking, toppings were cold to the touch. The crust was cold and tough and looks like a 5 year old cut it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Pizza pizza is the best. Various varieties. Specially try their creamy garlic dip.

I love the crust. It's the perfect thickness and perfectly done. Topping are evenly distributed and delicious! The Delivery driver is really nice and I get my meal hot and with some humor. Excellent!

Friendly staff, great customer service. I would like to say, the best pizza in town. Not a second opinion needed. I love their crust, proper topping and fully loaded cheese.

Pizza bestellt mit Uhrzeit. Eine Stunde vorher kam ein Anruf Pizzen würden jetzt geliefert. Auf mein Hinweis das dies zu früh sei und das Essen kalt wird wurde ich regelrecht beschümpft. Ich soll doch woanders hingehen

Messed up my order 3 times by not including the included dipping sauce with the order phone support refused to help fix the issue.

The pizza was of poor quality. The crust was excessively thick, lacking proper texture, and the flavor was insufficient. Additionally, the toppings were sparse and unappetizing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, with a bland and unsatisfactory taste.

Friday Feb. 14, I ordered an XL Fixed Rate Pizza:
Order placed at 8:36 pm.
Order arrived at 9:24 pm.
Driver said it was busy. OK???????
Free after forty minutes? Only response, was It was busy.
Pissed off and hungry, I just took it.

It was cold and lacked the double cheese I ordered.
Under the thin layer of cheese on top was nothing!!

I called customer service line. I was informed ,after I failed to “go away”, that it would be replaced , because it was cold and tasted terrible. NOT because it was late??? Then I received a call from the store itself, telling me I needed to cancel the replacement order. I refused and said “send the pizza”, and hung up. They called back, I did not answer.
Pizza was delivered about an hour later.

SATURDAY i RECEIVED A CALL FROM “CUSTOMER SERVICE”? THEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE PROBLEM AND OFFERED TO ISSUE A $20.00 STORE CREDIT. NOT EVEN EQUIVALENT TO THE COST OF THE PIZZA. I SAID DON’T BOTHER.

I HONESTLY WONDER IF THAT CALL WAS REALLY FROM HEAD OFFICE.

Friendly behavior of staff is t n at I like most .Pr I duct is valuable.

They told me to download the app and provide them phone number, email, and location for a free slice of pizza. After I did all that, they told me they're having technical issues and can no longer offer a free slice. They just scammed me for information. I have since tried to delete my account (no easy option for this) and delete the app

I ordered pizza in bramoton mississauga rd and william parkway,i had worse pizza ever,they literlly put cheese and veggie on.I ordered two large with chicken wings,This not first time,staff dont know how to toss the wings.

Id leave 0 star if i could. I ordered a mushroom and bacon strip pizza well done. What i got was an undercooked pizza with no bacon at all, i called them back and they said they would send me a new pizza only to get a call back from the store owner barking at me to give them the old pizza back which had a cpl bites out of a few slices to which i agreed as long as he sent a new pizza.

At that point i got calls from the call office saying that the delivery driver was waiting for me at the front door. I get there 30 secs later just to see noone this happened 2 times more before they called me back saying they dont want to come back for fear of their lives.... . So i never got a pizza that i paid for and had to deal with a rude manager. Thanks pizza pizza on 1191 st. Laurent blvd . All this happened at 11 59 on december 31. Happy new years.... ...

The worst and absolutely I mean the worst, pizza in North America and probably the world. I literally got given half of a free pizza while homeless and it was so bad I chose to go hungry.

Our pizza was all crust, 6 pieces of green pepper, pepperoni and onion, little to no sauce, we know how much ingredients cost to make a pizza, this location should be shut down, ripping consumers off, by the way the location is red river road in Thunder Bay Ontario, something should be done, we will not go back!

Literally ordered 4x cheese on my pizza and it was normal, for some reason it was extremely spicy even tho I did not order any spicy so me and my family couldn't even eat it. Talked to customer service they said the most they can do for me is a 25 dollar credit even tho I spend $62 for the order. Shifty customer service, can't even fix their mistakes and its not even properly shown how to contact support. Will NEVER be buying from pizza pizza ever again. Worst company. Can't even comp 1 pizza even tho they screwed up.

I'm pretty sure all Pizza Pizza locations operate the same, but I'm going to write a review about the Pizza Pizza located at Mud St and Paramount in Stoney Creek On.
The people that work there have absolutely no shame how they treat their customers.They either have too many customers, most of the customers they have are reluctant to complain, or they just plain don't care.
I usually pick up an XL pepperoni pizza, a couple of times a month, but not anymore, because I've finally had enough of their quality and bad service.
The XL pepperoni pizza they sell you has at the most 2 to 3 pieces of pepperoni per slice, some slices have 1.5 pieces, and on occasion some slices have none.
The picture on their front window that advertises the XL pizza shows 6 or 7 pieces of pepperoni per slice...how do they justify what you expect, and what you get.It's just not right.A minimum of at least 4 pieces of pepperoni would be a little more acceptable, but not in this place...the owners are so tight, they squeak when they walk.
I once ordered an XL pizza, paid and went to my car to wait, after looking at the bill I realized I paid for a Large pizza.
I went back inside and reminded the attendant that I ordered an XL not a Large, and didn't realize what I paid for until a couple of minutes later
The attendant bullishly said "You said XL not large" I then said to her" I've been coming here for a long time, and I always order an XL, I never order Large, so please make me an XL and I'll pay the difference "Again she insisted that I ordered a Large, and that's what she heard, and the Large pizza is almost ready"First of all it takes a little longer than 6 minutes to make a pizza, and then told her I'm not interested in what she heard, I know what I said...I said XL and actually had witnesses there.After some other stupid remarks she made, she finally changed the order to XL.
She charged me for the difference...I later found out she overcharged me by more than a dollar.When I questioned the overcharge she blurted out some unintelligible remark and gave me a dollar.
I spoke with the manager, expressed my concern about his employee and then realized by his behavior that she's probably his sister.
I definitely will not be returning to this location... they're rude, cheap,and don't appreciate their customers.
Good riddance to rudeness, and cheap pizza
