A few days ago I had gone into the 1300 Finch ave. West pizza pizza store. I had an awesome experience at that restaurant thanks to Vijeta‘s excellent customer service.

Je mettrais zéro étoile

Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais car j’attends toujours ma commande payée… Honnêtement on peut trouver mieux ailleurs (surtout dans mon cas puisqu’on m’a volé)

Declining quality and customer service

I have observed that the size of pizzas is becoming smaller, with fewer toppings and less cheese compared to two to three years ago. I have tried various stores, and they appear to be similar. Some locations, such as the one on Garth Street in Hamilton, are particularly different. When ordering from that store, the pizza seemed tough with cooked tomato instead of tomato sauce, a bit of cheese, and other toppings, the chicken was half-cooked. Additionally, communication with staff in many stores is challenging due to language barriers and cultural differences. I am unsure what changes Pizza Pizza has undergone, but it would be beneficial if these issues were addressed.

Never ordering from Pizza Pizza again

This happened in the province of Quebec, Canada. I’ve been ordering from pizza pizza since 2017. I’ve been a long time loyal customer, although not only do they keep increasing their prices, the quality has gone down. The tipping point is when I received a free 1 medium topping pizza coupon only to see that upon checkout, there is a $5 surcharge. So that it’s not a free pizza, is it? No where does it indicate that on the app - this is misleading, deceptive and plain wrong. Whatever, I brushed that off.

So, to avoid the surcharge, I noticed you could scan it in store. I drove to the store, the cashier was able to scan it but had no idea how to check out. It showed up as 0$ and there was no surcharge appearing on their end but they did not know how to print the receipt. I patiently waited for her to figure it out and let her pass other customers in the meantime. 30 mins later, she still didn’t know what to do. So I asked if she could just make the pizza so I could leave and in any case, the coupon was expiring in a few days. She said that was not possible. She called the store owner and neither did she know what to do.

So I called customer service and explained everything, the agent said he would make it right for me and would not have an extra cost, he said he would place the order for me… finally, line cuts off and did not receive a callback. So, I called back, re-explained everything only to be told that they don’t see anything and just said “sorry, not sure why the rep said that”, you need to place the order on the app and order minimum $10. No, the surcharge was $5 and there is an option to scan in store. There was no consideration for my experience and time. So, I hung up, called back and it seems that every customer service agent was less helpful than the other. And each one was saying different things, one was saying the minimum order is $20. It’s also quite difficult to understand their English, it’s almost as if they outsource some of the staff, but that’s a whole other story. At a minimum, you should be able to clearly service customers in proper English. There is also a lack of competence and it was unclear how to speak to a supervisor. The reps were just on repeat about policies.

After wasting one and a half hours, I gave up. They had no regard for my experience or the time I wasted, no one has the ability to make things right, and they are not consistent in what they tell you. The only thing they were consistent at was leaving me frustrated. I left the store and will never order again. Stay away from this business, there are much better pizzas elsewhere as well as customer service. So to earn an extra $5 in sales, they lost a lifetime customer - good math in business. It’s a pizza, not a block of gold. Own up to your mistake and shady practices.

Horrible Experience

Food mediocre. They forgot to deliver one item. I called customer service and the agent and supervisor refused to credit the missing item to my credit card. They only offered a credit on the next order which will never happen

BEST Food Review

i asked if they are going to throw away the pizza the lady said yes, i asked can i buy it then and she would not let me .. i had to ask again and she offerd for 5$ at that point i passed. was offering a slice 4.75 for the pizza. looked so old and dry. now eating plain cheese XXL and it is very very bad. the dough is soft and undercooked i cant really tell if the scauce is there sorta very xxmild .. i like the cheese that is 100% Canadian cuz thats supposed to be healthier.. but tbh i would rather a better pizza .. the washroom tap was broken the door were kinda hard to open probably an option short away from a millionaire. u can just tell. unless the fix the pizza again.... idk maybe they make a bunch off of how cheap it is cuz it tastes like that 22$ is kinda still not worth the 3k calorie and i have not eaten a thing since 9:30pm yesterday so it is that bad.

I ordered through skip and they sent the wrong pizza

I ordered just now through skip.
I ordered a cheese pizza with pineapple.
These animals sent me a pork peperoni pizza.

I don't care whose fault it is.
Why can't people double check their work.
Yes mistakes happen but this is disgusting.
Now I am hangry.

I will never order from here again.

Yesterday

Yesterday, May 3rd 2025. I was at Jane and Major Mackenzie pizza, pizza. I haven't been there for the 4 or 6 months. I haven't been there because the last time I was there, it was a disaster. I decided NEVER to buy from pizza, pizza again. The only reason why I went there was because my nephews came from Ottawa and they wanted pizza, pizza. And once again they burned my pizza although I clarify told the LIGHTLY DONE. I wish I could show the picture here and then you all tell me if this is lightly done. The last time I complained, the manager apologize and I took off. I didn't want any rewards, nothing. I just wanted to acknowledged that they burned my pizza. Yesterday, when I was there, this idiot did the same thing. Unfortunately, the manager wasn't there. I only reason why I took the pizza was because my nephews were waiting for me. When I called customer service, although they haven't seen the pizza, they concluded and said "they is nothing they can do because the store said it was lightly done". Like really??? How can one concluded if they haven't seen the pizza? I am very furious. Again, I have a picture of that burned pizza. I will go there one of these days when I finish work early. Apparently, the manager is there Monday through Friday 9am to 5:00

Si je pouvais ne pas mettre d'étoile je…

Si je pouvais ne pas mettre d'étoile je le ferais! Le spécial de la très très grande pizza est une joke et un attrape nigaut! Il n'y a que très peu de sauce tomate sur la pizza (rien qui goute la sauce tomate), presque pas de fromage, j'avais commandé avec champignons et en plus un extra champignons mais je n'avais que 2 tranches de champignons sur chaque large pointe, j'avais commandé avec poulet et je n'avais qu'un morceau de poulet par deux grandes pointes de pizza. De plus, ne commandez pas la pizza florentine = c'est dégeulasse! C'est dommage car leurs ailes de poulet sont bonnes.

If I could give a negative star I…

If I could give a negative star I would. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! No care or concern for their customers even when there agents make the mistakes. Supervisor then hung up on me and didn’t care at all about my concerns.

pizza was cold, 1 pizza was missing a topping, driver demanded payment at door while he was talking on his phone after I pre paid online, there was barely any mozzarella so bad I could see the burnt dough---never again

Einfach schlecht !!!

Mit Abstand meine schlechteste Pizza.
Das Essen war bei Lieferung kalt, die gehen mit ihrem minderwertige Zutaten auch sparsam um.
Schade dass keine Minus Sterne möglich sind !!!

Escroquerie via Uber Eats !

Une commande passé via Uber Eats par erreur, le service client Uber Eats ne répondant pas à mes messages j'ai décidé de contacter directement cet établissement Pizza Pizza qui avait reçu la commande et ils me répondent de voir directement avec Uber Eats et refusent de m'aider...
Je voulais juste savoir s'ils avaient vraiment commencé la préparation de ma commande que j'ai annulée quelques minutes après l'avoir passée par erreur, cela n'a rien de compliqué avec la date, l'heure, le nom et le montant.
Je commence à comprendre qu'ils ont déclaré l'avoir commencée histoire de se faire payer par Uber Eats une commande qui ne sera pas préparée, une belle escroquerie !

TERRIBLE COLD FOOD

Ordered food at 19.15 from Wakefield to wrenthorpe wf2 0 took 1hr 23 mins - food Sh**e - clap cold - after 3 conversations with shop in Wakefield all I got was - "sory were busy" WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN OFF THESE CLOWNS !!!
