We placed our order with this company in March and paid the deposit and today, 11 December, we still do not have a finished kitchen. The order was FINALLY delivered in October (took WAY too long to get to that point) and there were multiple doors and items that were not here on delivery. Every time we had to report them in and they might then confess to there being x or y also coming 6 weeks later, but never were they upfront about it. Tomorrow they were supposed to have been delivering the last SIX damaged or just totally missing doors. I called to confirm and was told yes definitely coming Friday (2 days time). Also had a call from the logistics team to let me know what time to expect them. But today have received a totally automated email saying “incorrect date given, now expected in 6 weeks time”!!! Totally unacceptable! Not even an apology in the email! I have a fitter booked who has already had to come back multiple times because they didn’t send all the correct items on the original delivery date. We are so so disappointed with this company. We went with them because we were told they make everything there. That’s clearly not true as we have repeatedly had to wait to hear from “their suppliers” for delivery dates. It will be 10 months from deposit to the kitchen being finished now (and that’s if the final doors actually do turn up in 6 weeks - who knows if they will, I certainly have no faith now that they will.) Totally totally unacceptable. We tried to
support local business but I so regret not going with Magnet. Worst money I ever spent sadly, and we had such high hopes.

Further to my review ('excellent') July 2024, of replacing kitchen doors makeover, I had reason to order 1x extra door, due to modifications in the kitchen, & again this came in good time & was exactly how it was asked for.

Lynda couldn’t have been more helpful in helping me choose my units; she visited my kitchen twice and I made a trip to the showroom so that all my queries could be answered. I was really happy that it was possible to work within my parameters, keeping tiles and flooring.

Couldn’t of been happier from start to finish while dealing with PKB trade. Well designed kitchen, listened to all my ideas. Easy and straightforward communication throughout and then the fitter who came was amazing! He did such a great job fitting it all within the time frame. He cleaned up after himself, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Would definitely recommend.

2 years ago I moved into house where kitchen was done by PKB. First impression "WOW!!!"
This kitchen is now 3,5 yrs and gradually keeps falling apart. Kitchen units doors wont close properly. half of the units aren't straight at all. Veneer keeps coming off. Behind appliances - Disaster!!!. As per invoice previous owners paid 20k... Waste of money.

Dealt with this company under their former guise of Premier Kitchens and Bedrooms. Job should have been completed in the February. Chased them for months for £15,000 for work never carried out. They eventually went into voluntary liquidation, taking our money with them. With a half completed job we had to pay another company to finish the job. The work they did do was of poor quality and there were issues throughout the whole time we dealt with them.
Also had to change locks to the house after their workmen failed to return 2 sets of house keys. The Forsythe family are a bunch of criminals who, given the amount of people they owe money too, should never be allowed to run a business again.

Visited their showroom. Liked their product. David came out to measure our kitchen and utility. Never received our design or quote. They obviously don't need the business. Wouldn't recommend to anyone on this basis.

Basically dishonest and untrustworthy. We paid for goods on an invoice headed PKB Trade in 2017 some of which were not delivered, two plus years trying to get a credit then they go broke and directors start up again under the name PKB Trade.
Response from director Shane Forsythe....unfortunately your purchase was with Premier Kitchens & Bedrooms (Peterborough) ltd who entered liquidation in November 2019....
Avoid this business, not worth the one star minimum rating suggest trade try JJO, much better service.

I had a kitchen from premier in 2013 great sales pitch, however once they have your money, the contact was sparse. Kitchen arrived in inadequate lorry ( we have small turning circle, which was pointed out at the pitch and was told ‘not a problem’) there were supposed to be two men to deliver, there was only one elderly gentleman driver who was lovely, but whofully under resourced. My husband was away so I had to get my neighbours to carry all the units from further up the road! Anyway. It was a total disaster from then on, missing units, design faults, premier couldnt of cared less, and were arrogant and disinterested. I had my own experienced kitchen fitters who install for wren, haddon, etc and they could not believe the chaotic and shambolic service from premier. It was a nightmare to put right and complete. The whole thing took a massive toll on me personally. I will point out the kitchen units are nice, but the company and staff are a shoddy, cowboy set up. AVOID!
