Proxy Pool Service: Misrepresented Specifications
I purchased a package for 2,500 threads, but actual testing revealed that concurrent operations could only be sustained at 300 threads; at higher thread counts, the success rate dropped progressively.
Try to avoid purchasing services that lack a real-time dashboard, as vendors in this space almost invariably grossly inflate their advertised specifications.

Your statement is based on a misunderstanding of how concurrency is defined in our system.
Our advertised limit refers specifically to concurrent TCP connections, not application-level threads. In practice, a single “thread” or process (for example, a browser or automation tool) can open multiple TCP connections simultaneously. This means that reaching 300 application threads does not equate to hitting a 300-connection limit: the actual number of TCP connections may already be significantly higher.
Because of this, the conclusion that the service cannot sustain higher concurrency is incorrect. The observed behavior is simply a result of how your setup utilizes connections, not a limitation or misrepresentation on our side.

Proxies doesn't work
Update: At least they were able to fix the issue after many hours, unlike some other brands
Proxies no longer respond after using for an hourish, then I changed to another computer and it worked for another hourish and stopped working again, support is extremely slow, contacted them for several times and they couldn't fix the issue.

Proxies do not work with reddit at all, and support is terrible.
I tested with a $2 package, and I'm glad I did not test with more money, cause they do not issue refunds at all. Be very careful

Suddenly, the available countries have disappeared, and now I only see a low number of countries listed, despite the service being advertised as a residential proxy worldwide. I have been trying to contact support, but they just read my messages without providing any answers.❗❗❗❗❗❗

we are sorry to hear about your experience. Currently our residential proxies cover 190 countries in over 9000 cities worldwide. Sometimes the amount of IPs is very low in a certain country therefore we do not show it on the dashboard in order to prevent customers from only targeting a country that has a small amount of IPs (<100). Hands down the best choice I’ve encountered. As someone who’s tested numerous proxy services over the years, I can confidently say this platform exceeded all expectations.
Support replies in less than 5 minutes, Proxy panel is very easy to use and easy to create proxies. I didn't see any Cloudflare issue at all. Even google and Reddit working very good!!

Slow and rubbish
One minute they're fast, next minute they just go so slow, then go fast again etc.
Also, not accurate on the countries. Netherlands is putting me in Ukraine etc.
