Made a account, deposited £10, 10 minutes later my account got suspended with my £10 on it after i deposited it no response no refund nothing.. straight up scammers

i was loving this site with no problems whatsoever, but tried to withdraw today and its saying account suspended. can someone please shed a little light on why this has happened. yesterday i withdrew with no problems but tonight seems to be different??
*** update*** they wanted proof passport etc so sent them, just waiting for them to release the funds. will update again when ive got my funds.
**** update*** they sent me the funds 3 days later and after winning a couple of grand I've decided take a break for 6 weeks :) I'm not sure why people are saying bad things about the site because every email I sent was answered within a few hours great site all round with good games.

I deposited, won a bonus and then account got suspended. No replies to my emails. Still got my money in my account that I can't get in to withdraw. Out and out thieves. Stay well clear.

Terrible bookies , they limit how much you can back, think they afraid of losing money, I'm for closing account a.s.a.p.

Another scam gambling site that takes your money and then immediately suspend you before you can withdraw or use any free bet offers. Do not use!

Would give it 0 if I could. As with others below, account suspended, money still in account. Documents have all gone to them, with no response and no way to get into the account to withdraw the funds. Multiple emails sent, still no response. Resigned to the fact now that the money is probably gone.

As others have said, even if you're desperate for a bet, stay away from these guys and play with one of the big companies.

Really, Stay away from this SCAM place. I spend around 300 pounds. Spin by spin is dead. I Won one bonus. 1.25 - And that is all. No Customer support, just e- mail which not working. A site made for scam. Find some others casino where the fun is fun, not frustration.

Shocking bookie - I signed up and used the 'Place 10x £10 bets and get a free £10 bet' and within 30 mins my account was bonus restricted, meaning I don't get the bonus that I signed up for.
Huge scam really - entice people in with the promotions and then remove the ability to actually use the promotion!
Avoid and use other more reputable bookies as there are many out there.

Will take your money and suspend you for no valid reason.
In an attempt to keep your money in my case £100.

Currently going through a chargeback process with my bank. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
Stick to the big sports books, trust me.

I can't believe companies like these are ethically and legally are allowed to continue trading.

Spent £500 and won £500 back withdrew the money they said I will receive it within 3-5 days over 5 days now and the excuses are coming out that they have payment problems it’s a joke

I just think signing up to this site has been a total waste of time. The site has some good offers on but Ive found that after taking up a few of the offers, they remove them from you and all youre left with is a site that offers odds that aren't as competitive as some of the other bookmakers and as im one who likes to shop around for the best odds...the site no longer has anything to temp me to place a bet with them.
