Thanks for reaching out. We sincerely apologise for our delayed response with regards to your query. Unfortunately, we do not have a landline/telephone number for our Customer Service team, however our email address is manned Monday-Friday 9am until 5pm so I will ensure our team get back to you as a priority. Due to capacity, during peak times please expect up to 48 hours to receive a response. Rest assured our team are working as fast as they can to answer and resolve your query promptly.

Regarding your order placed on Monday 18th, I have investigated this and can see that due to an internal system error, the order did not land with our warehouse until this morning, for which we can only apologise and I will be sure to liaise with our I.T team to check what has happened here. However, I can see the order has been picked and packed and dispatched via DPD this afternoon for a scheduled delivery for tomorrow. You should receive an email regarding tracking information directly to your email.

If you have any further queries or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out again to our customer service team on customerservices@planksclothing.com and I will ensure our team prioritise your ticket. I will also ask them to send you a discount code to use on a future purchase as our way of apologising for the inconvenience caused here.

We are continually working hard internally to improve our levels of communication. During our peak season, please expect a slight delay in our usual response time due to the volumes of tickets we are working on, rest assured we will answer your email query as quickly as possible.

I have chased this down for you personally with our customer service team who have advised that unfortunately due to recent strike action in The Netherlands, FEDEX have been experiencing continued delays with postal services. Our warehouse should have now dispatched a new order for you, please reach out to our Customer Service team on customerservices@planksclothing.com if you require any further details.
