We are continually working hard internally to improve our levels of communication. During our peak season, please expect a slight delay in our responses due to the volumes of tickets we are working on, rest assured we will answer your email query as quickly as possible.

I have chased this down for you personally with our customer service team and understand that our warehouse received confirmation that your parcel was collected by Royal Mail, but it seems the tracking has not updated since the 21st February. A customer service representative has now responded to you to offer guidance and next steps regarding this matter. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility of your parcel except for the tracking but we will be raising a claim with Royal Mail to investigate the matter further.

Apologies again for the inconvenience caused and please let our CS representative know how you wish to proceed and we will be sure to manage that as an utmost priority.

Be assured that our team are working very hard in the background to respond to all queries as soon as possible. As per the guidelines on our website, during busy periods, please expect a delayed response of up to 48 hours. Please note our customer service department only operates Monday-Friday between 9am and 3pm.

Having personally looked at your recent transactions with our Customer Service team, I can see that our team responded to you on both the 22nd February and earlier this afternoon in line with your requests. Please ensure to check your spam email in case this has been missed.

I have chased this down for you personally with our customer service team and understand that there was a stock discrepancy issue between our website and our warehouse system and your order became blocked. Our team internally are working on this systemic error to ensure this does not happen moving forward.
A member of our customer service team will reach out shortly to provide you alternative stock options as a replacement. We have also provided a discount code that you can use on a future purchase should you wish as our way of apologising for this situation.
