My Plants arrived today, please avoid this company.
How can you send a plant out with dried shrivelled leaves? If the company doesn't supply photos of the real plants, theres a reason.
They have a Portuguese website, but all the plants come from Holland.ID for the delivery 870586291659

Very small plants , some of them were broken. TOO expensive, never again!!

A Plantazon é dos Países Baixos mas o site é pt. Se vieram de lá, é uma viagem longa para plantas. Se não vieram de lá, talvez por isso tenham chegado de razoável saúde. Três frutíferas para exterior e uma asiática de jardim, numa altura de muito calor. A asiática morreu, as outras chegaram um pouco murchas mas aguentaram-se bem. Vinham muito bem embaladas e o tempo de entrega aceita-se.

I ordered 10 plants, they cancel 1 plant (because of exporting rules). I was the one mentioning the missing piece... After the delivery, they still did not make the reimbursement and are ignoring my emails! not honest!

It was my first purchase and all plants were very healthy with a size above the expected. The exception was one that arrived dead. Although it required sending a 2nd email, when contacted, they promptly offered a refund. I will buy again from Plantazon.

The company is trusted, did have a problem that was resolved by the company.
So nothing to say. Iam going to buy again from them.

The delivery of my order was not complete.
I wrote 4 mails, send them a message on messenger, try to phone them buth no reactions.
I asked my money back from the plant who is payed buth not delivered, ontill now no reaction or repayement 😡

SCAM, fiz a encomenda há mais de 1 mes e não recebi nada. deixaram de responder aos meus emails...

As plantas chegaram muitos dias depois do prazo, vindo já algumas semi mortas e não sobreviveram. Apesar de vários emails, não tive resposta nem fui edemenizado. Péssima experiência

Amazing careful packing for 7 indoor plants, with pots and earth. The plants are fresh, healthy and hopefully will last long time. Delivery a bit slow but did not affect the items. Suggest a written note in the parcel as how to care for each different plant.

Both 5 lavender plants, received 5 super small dried-out branches, which look barely alive. I'll never buy from this company again as the plant's quality is extremely poor. Feeling scammed.

He realizado dos pedidos. El primero una planta me llego completamente seca y muerta y otra chafada.
En el segundo de las 14 plantas que pedí solo llegaron 7.
Tardan mucho en contestar y es imposible solucionar el problema tan cerca de navidades. Era para un regalo de navidad y ha salido todo mal.

Recebi uma planta quase "sem vida".
Enviei fotos para eles a explicar.
Responderam que a planta se encontrava em perfeitas condições.
Inacreditável. Reclamei novamente e pedi para verem bem as fotos que enviei.
Nada resolveram. Não recomendo e nunca mais comprarei nada à Plantazon!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Plants arrived practically destroyed. To my complaint they replied that it's normal for the season.
They will not accept to pay for return inspite of not having infiormed me that I should pay before the purchase as the law establishes.
Clearly not a serious company!

As plantas sofreram um atraso na entrega e chegaram em péssimo estado. Queria devolvê-las porque não correspondiam ao prometido e não me deixaram, apesar de isso ser contrário à lei. Disseram que me reembolsariam 25% do valor pago, mas nunca o fizeram. Disseram que devolveriam o dinheiro se as plantas morressem. A macieira tem agora oídio, e espero que não infecte o resto do meu jardim. O mirtilo ainda está doente, mesmo o kit de morango apenas algumas sementes germinaram de facto. Esta empresa é uma fraude que não honra a sua palavra nem a lei. Faça um favor a si próprio e mantenha-se afastado.
