Irish-owned and managed, Plant Life has been in business since the early 1980s providing plant maintenance and light landscaping work to Co Dublin. An urban oasis in the historic Liberties, we have products and plants to suit all of your gardening needs. We stock a large selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Re air plants on wood bought on line in Feb,I was assured it wasn't very small but it's tiny,it cost E45 for plant n delivery n I was so disappointed with it,I bought it as a gift but will have to rethink about that

We’ve followed up with our supplier, as we also expected the tillandsias to be larger. They’ve advised that sizes can vary, with the wood measuring around 10 cm and the plant height varying up to 20 cm due to the mixed selection.That said, we completely understand your frustration and apologise that the item didn’t meet your expectations. The plants I ordered on the site were not available, they did not communicate it to me if I had not written after several days, they replaced at my request with other plants of a lower value than what I had paid. Not very kind. 20E for delivery worse spent.

I will pass your feedback on to our team to help improve our communication. As I mentioned in my email, our website stock isn’t updated in real time, so sometimes items appear online even when they aren’t available in the garden centre or from our suppliers. You should have been informed about this sooner and I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you again for your feedback.

Found the plant I wanted after searching many other places. It was easy to order on line and there were friendly staff members available when collecting.

Best plants and staff you can find
Wonderful selection of plants that are clearly cared for before I got them. The staff are beyond helpful and I didn’t encounter any problems with my order. In fact they went out of their way to accommodate me and with changing a plant, sent me photos of new stock that may interest me after I asked if they had a similar orchid in stock. Best range of plants and flowers, best range of orchids I could ever find, the supplies and all you need are there to choose from and I can’t wait to go back. Even asked for a voucher for Christmas. Good location and they have a cat who chills out there too!

Hi Adrian, Thank you for your review. We reached out several times regarding your order. Phone calls were made and emails were sent on 10/11 and 03/12 to let you know your order was ready for collection from the garden centre. At checkout, the local pickup option was selected, not delivery. We allow up to two weeks for collection and if we don’t hear from a customer within that time, or receive a request for an extension, the order is automatically cancelled. In these cases, a refund unfortunately isn’t available. Happy but could be better.
I am in general - happy. Unfortunately the one plant that naturally only has four leaves lost one in the transportation and the other is dying, but should survive, fingers crossed. The packaging could have been better. The other plant I got looks happy, healthy and beautiful. It took close to 3 weeks to be delivered even tho I stay in Dublin.

Hi, Thank you for your review. We’re sorry for the delay with your order we had to source plants from our supplier in Holland. Regarding the condition of the plants on arrival, they were delivered via An Post and unfortunately, delicate plants can sometimes be damaged despite our best efforts to package them carefully. We’re glad to hear that your other plant arrived healthy and beautiful and we hope the one that was damaged recovers with a little tlc.
