The plants I ordered on the site were not available, they did not communicate it to me if I had not written after several days, they replaced at my request with other plants of a lower value than what I had paid. Not very kind. 20E for delivery worse spent.

Best plants and staff you can find
Wonderful selection of plants that are clearly cared for before I got them. The staff are beyond helpful and I didnât encounter any problems with my order. In fact they went out of their way to accommodate me and with changing a plant, sent me photos of new stock that may interest me after I asked if they had a similar orchid in stock. Best range of plants and flowers, best range of orchids I could ever find, the supplies and all you need are there to choose from and I canât wait to go back. Even asked for a voucher for Christmas. Good location and they have a cat who chills out there too!

Phone calls were made and emails were sent on 10/11 and 03/12 to let you know your order was ready for collection from the garden centre. At checkout, the local pickup option was selected, not delivery. We allow up to two weeks for collection and if we donât hear from a customer within that time, or receive a request for an extension, the order is automatically cancelled. In these cases, a refund unfortunately isnât available. Happy but could be better.
I am in general - happy. Unfortunately the one plant that naturally only has four leaves lost one in the transportation and the other is dying, but should survive, fingers crossed. The packaging could have been better. The other plant I got looks happy, healthy and beautiful. It took close to 3 weeks to be delivered even tho I stay in Dublin.
