I ordered a few products on the website.
The client service contacted me to inform me that an item was missing and we'll be sent separately later once back in stock. I received the first batch very fast, and was sent the missing item a few weeks later with a little bonus for the wait. I really appreciate the gesture and the communication.
The products correspond to what I was hoping in terms of quality. I recommend this website whitout a doubt.

Un léger problème sur mes articles, j'ai fait un petit mail au SAV, celui-ci a été incroyable, solution, immédiatement trouvée avec plusieurs solutions proposer. Vraiment top, tous les articles commandés sont top, je recommande.

But I’m not sure about repurchasing when needed to upgrade to a bigger pot as it is really crazy expensive
I don’t think it’s worth paying that much at the moment

I really like products from these guys and how they treat customers. There was an issue with one of the pots I ordered and Monika kindly offered me multiple ways of resolving the case, so I can pick the preferable one. In the end I got a new pot without any hassle. I can definitely recommend them

I ordered the beautiful sealed Aroid [Self-Watering System] flower pot covers for the second time. Unfortunately, they are leaking. One cover from the previous order was sent to me without any problems - thank you, but in the next order 7 more are leaking. These 3D prints are not cheap. The description says they are intended for hydroponics, so they are intended for use with water. I don't have the courage to order another one, although I intended to. Big disappointment :-(

UPDATE:
I would like to update my review because the company handled my complaint exceptionally well.

Martí, the owner, contacted me personally, apologized, and immediately sent replacement pot covers free of charge, together with two extra pot covers as a kind gesture.

I have now tested all the replacement pot covers for several days, and I am happy to confirm that none of them leak. The issue has been completely resolved.

I really appreciate the excellent customer service, professional communication, and the company's willingness to stand behind its products. Thank you for making things right.
