i got the 30 inch roller magnet and its insane compared to my previous 25 dollar harbor freight one lol. this thing just kept on finding more and more crap left by the previous owner of my property...we have been picking up nails and screws and wires for years now, and this thing found a whole BUNCH more lol..it was rather fun.

I found what I was looking for at a competitive price.

I usually order on line. Works great and even when I have to talk to someone, Customer Service is always very helpful. Always a great purchasing experience.

I called customer service and they called me back quickly, and also answered all of my questions. I had found a product on Ebay claiming to be a Shields magnetic sweep, but was concerned that the grips were a different color (suspecting a cheap Chinese knock-off). The salesman confirmed that the grips used on the sweeps have never been green, and that the item on Ebay was not a true Shields product.

I ordered and paid for the MSM30 30" sweeper with rake attachment. However, I didn't receive the rake. Notified the company via email, now I await a response. Okay, so they actually responded to my email on a Sunday, outside of their business hours.

It was Christmas day yesterday and today is Sunday.  Our offices are obviously closed. 

We will address your issue first thing Monday morning. If your order has the rake on it, we will get it right out to you. 

Would you be so kind as to remove your review?  You have not given us a chance to even look into this and you contacted us on Christmas Day

Not actually an apology for the oversight but they did respond and shipped the rake out that week. I have not attached it yet but look forward to doing so and using it. I'm updating my review from 1 star to 3.5 stars due to the oversight which caused a delay and inconvenience.

Roof replacement left debris all over our property. The multi-surface broom was the right tool, maybe the only tool for the job. Picked up nails I couldn’t see with the naked eye, from pavers and grass. Quick easy clean up on a would-be difficult job. Thank you so much!
