Plasticsheetsshop レビュー

Superb quality products and dispatched quickly. There was a problem with my order, which was corrected immediately and without hassle. Would definitely recommend and thank you very much! 👍🏻

Evri have been waiting for 5 days to receive my order the website is very clever at disguising the fact you are ordering from Europe had i have know would have used UK based company to avoid all of this never again
It is now the 20th Feb Evri delivery service is STILL waiting for the parcel
Come on PlasticSheetShop REFUND my money so i can purchase within the UK TODAY hopefully for a delivery by end of week
Finally being delivered 21st Feb SO BEWARE your order will come from HOLLAND NOT THE UK you could be liable for import tax 20%

The items are as ordered, no issues.

Unfortunately I've had issues with delivery. £12.99 delivery should be next day, not 48hr plus weekend (I sell & post parts routinely at work). This made ordering on a Wednesday, notification of despatch on Thursday and receiving on a Monday not very efficient. My next issue is with UPS, but as such the courier that has been employed by the seller. I waited in, 10ft from the front door..... to then receive an email that I wasn't in and couldn't be delivered. Online and telephone escalation ended with waiting in until tomorrow for redelivery (not an option, as needed these plastics desperately) or go to a newsagents on the other side of town to collect, after 4pm, a round trip that took an hour of my day on top of waiting for a dishonest driver that never came to my front door.

Again, no direct flaw with company in question, but added negativity to the overall experience unfortunately.

Excellent service...Items was well wrapped no damage and delivered as said...Will use you again when needed

The original order was delivered partially damaged. Contacted plasticsheetsshop.co.uk who quickly arranged for replacements which arrived intact. Product and customer service 5 stars. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. I would love for somebody to enlighten me on how £180 is justifiable for delivery of a few PVC sheets? When other comparable websites can do it for £10.
I emailed a query to the company to ask if this was an error and they have clearly just not bothered responding to me.

Avoid this company

Perfect time delivery and well packaged. Thanks

Great service and quick delivery. Cut to size beautifully, which was fantastic. Greenhouse looks like new again. Would recommend

The plastic sheet arrived quickly. I was a bit worried when the parcel arrived as it was in a very battered state, but it had obviously been well packed at the factory and the contents were undamaged.

Abysmal customer service. This firm got my order out in one day then made the fatal mistake of using EVRI to deliver !
Since then they have promised on 3 separate occasions to get back to me with an update. They never did ! I e-mailed them - they ignored that too .
Caused a real headache and delay on a job now we have to cancel and find a reliable supplier. Great Job?

Very easy to get a fixed price for the HPL that I ordered, and I received the order within the stated time scale.

The ordering system is straightforward to use, and we will be ordering again should we be successful in our tender for replacing several (asbestos) fascias with HPL.

I used in for an interior door with a large window in it, in a student house. More expensive than safety glass much much easier to use and safer for the students.

Precision cutting, efficient delivery, excellent service

There was a hiccup on the delivery of my order. I contacted 'info' and it was very quickly sorted out. The delivery charges are a bit steep. Overall a satisfied customer.

The plastic sheet arrived very quickly and was fine. The adhesive I ordered at the same time took much longer and was followed a few days later by a second tube of adhesive that I hadn't ordered.

I was after a specific size sheet of recycled plastic sheet at an affordable price.

Through this company I was able to get the size I wanted, delivered at a good overall price.

The product is fantastic, does exactly what we needed it to and it arrived in the timeframe I was given.

I would definitely use this company and product again.

The order arrived exactly when it should, and the products were exactly as described.

One of the items was damaged during transit (no fault of Plasticsheetshop), I contacted them by e-mail, and they replaced the item immediately. No questions, no courier fees!

I have other projects in the pipeline, so I'll be prdering more acrylic sheets from them in the future.

Excellent service will use again
