Purchased a number of items fromPlate and bowl. Communication about order progress was great, delivery was quick and items were perfect.

A VERY big thank you to the Plate and Bowl team for my items. The team had locked up ready for a well earned break but amazingly agreed to go back to the office just so I could get my order in time for Saturday. We should all support family businesses who go above and beyond to serve their customers. Plate and Bowl also have an amazing range of items on their website including the Degrenne Paris items that I purchased. Thank you all so much.

Thanks for the delivery of Broste cups and bowls, which I have found difficult to source. They arrived promptly and beautifully packed for safe transport.

Good. Communication good

Very responsive to emails
The items were perfectly packaged and were to an excellent standard
We were delighted with the products we purchased

Excellent communication and very helpful!

Bought an expensive teapot from this shop. It malfunctioned after 2 days (top came unstuck, making it unusable). I contacted the company and was told a replacement will be sent. I went to the trouble of sending the faulty teapot back. I received the same teapot with glue marks, despite making it explicit (and getting an agreement from the shop) that I wanted a new item. Massively disappointed as it was a £95 item and it a) should not break so quickly and b) if it breaks should be replaced not mended shoddily and sent back to the customer under the pretence of replacement.

Very efficient delivery and very good packaging. Delivered within a few days of placing order. A well run business.

Beautiful products. Excellent service.

Stunning plates and a very quick delivery. I’ll definitely buy from here again.

Ordered a teapot and it was deliver on time. What more do you want!
