this was the only money i have in my account so I did not expect that such amount would be taken and there is nothing I have earned at this time, so please if you would refund me I would be pleased to have that money

The deduct membership charges every fortnight without any prior notice , the website saved my personal account details , not recommend for shopping , this is not a secure site for shopping

The company is listening to your complaints,and they give your money back if youre not agree with them.

Je ne connais pas la compagnie. Je me suis retrouvée abonnée sans l’avoir demandé. J ai vu passé une annonce sur Facebook qui offrait une boîte de vêtements SHEIN pour 2,99$ , c est tout. Et j ai vu un second montant passer sur ma carte de crédit de 12$ pour cet abonnement. Mais après avoir contacté la compagnie, on m’a immédiatement répondu que je serais remboursée et c est apprécié.

I just signed up for a membership and without knowing me i was charged on my credit card、which atfirst i was charged 300yen on April 15,After a month ,i was charged 7,721 yen on credit card too.I cancelled my membership and saying that it will takes 14days to approved and still this month i was charged again on my credit card.But i was so grateful that someone is there and helped me and tell me what to do .Thanks a lot and hope everything will be fine .

I liked how the terms & conditions were clear and everything was briefly laid out however due to financial constraints i had applied for a cancelation but my Mastercard was being deducted. I hope that they will improve a little on this...

You didn't refund me all my money what about the R147 that you took? You only refunded R42
