Horrible experience complete and total scam they said they would refund but did no such a thing. They charged 4 times they say they will refund you if you go on here and give 5 stars but this is a scam

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The service I received did not match what was advertised, and communication was poor throughout the process. I felt like my concerns were ignored, and I did not receive a timely or satisfactory resolution. I hope the company improves its customer service by being more transparent, responding promptly to customers, and honoring its commitments. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Saint helped Solve my issue so I could get a refund.

They are trying to "make me whole" and give my money back. They advertised speakers for $20 so I sent the money. They gave me a $20 credit for their website or something instead.

Unfortunately I never signed up for someone hacked my info and this company told I would be get a refund because of transfer that happened

I had a situation occured with a false / fraud charge to my account, and they were kind enough to refund my account. They are were very accurate with gathering the information needed to ensure the fraud charge was handled with ease. Thank you all. In the future I would definitely consider using their services. Great communication

I was charged with out my acknowledgment for more then I agreed too, once I reached out to the company their team investigated the situation and it was resolved. I am satisfied with the teams response to my situation and concerns.
