When I contacted Platinum Exterior Renovations to get my extremely filthy and moss covered roof tidied up, I spoke to this lovely girl called Tracy who guided me all the way through the process of roof coating and what it involved. I agreed to give the go ahead and within a few days , Tracy's team arrived and carried out the work to a high standard. I now have a much better looking roof which very much enhances my house which was done at a price I was happy with to a standard I was delighted with. Thanks Tracy...... Apologies for getting the company name mixed up, that was the company who did my kitchen!!!

I contacted Platinum Exterior Renovations when I seen work getting done in my area my roof was in terrible shape from the start to finish it was amazing everything was done to the timescale set the staff were amazing in keeping me informed and at the end I even got flower's amazing would highly recommend

We initially spoke to Tracy who was very thorough finding out if our property would be suitable for coating. The next day a young man called Liam called out to inspect our walls, measure up and give us a quote which we thankfully accepted as the team who showed up to do the coating did an incredible job of cleaning and coating.

Our home looks brand new again and we have definitely turned heads on the street. Our next door neighbour is booking them in to do their walls too.

After getting a very thorough look around property and a very competitive quote I gave go ahead for my roof to be cleaned and coated as full of moss and general dirt of living in village with lots of trees and wood land around ,the three gentlemen were very professional and done an extremely good job,I was that pleased I got them to clean whole building and paint with there long guaranteed job which was brilliant looks like a new build as property nearly 20 years old ,I highly recommend this company from start to finish very professional, brilliant clean up afterwards job,never took a break from start to finish also offered to take stuff away which I asked them to remove ie wiring around building, satellite dish ,moss from roof etc ,I have and will continue to recommend to neighbours, friends and friends of friends outwith village as seriously that good, thanks to you all for very professional job and even better competitive price.

David came out 6 weeks ago to quote us for rough casting, he was timely and professional and we were really happy with the price so we went ahead and paid a deposit. I'm happy to say the work was finished last Friday and I am over the moon with it, my house looks fabulous thanks David and to Matt and his team.

I would give zero star if I can. I’m been dealing with this company almost a year, and job still not completed. On September 2023, their boss came to my property give me a quote after survey, I was happy with quote therefore I agreed with price.
He did mention at start of the job, they were very busy at moment, that I have to wait for few weeks for job to start.
After few weeks, their people came to clean wall old and loss plaster and also workers said some parts of back wall require scaffolding, which required extra cost, I was ok with that. The front wall job was done quickly, then the job stops here around October/ November time.
They didn’t even call me for job updates, I’ve to call myself for why they keeps delaying the job, they said weather is very cold and raining. Until MARCH! And They found out the wall need more work than they were examined, therefore the price increase 1/3 more. I was so upset, and they leave no choice to carry on the job.
After I agreed new price, the job finally “finished” by a subcontractor, in April. However they left mass in my front garden, and I’ve been chasing they for clean up, all I get back from they ware they don’t have job around my area so I’ve to wait when they are available to clean it up!

Just had my house (end terrace) rendered and the end result is just wonderful.
The job was carried out within a couple of weeks and took just over 2 days to complete.
Very hard working and competent workforce.

Great company. Had David out about a new roof. Explained all my options and the best choice for my type of property. Great experience. I did not feel pressured and the quote they gave was very reasonable which i accepted. I would recommend 100%.

Had David out last week , looking at my dads roof , was a very relaxed meeting David was very professional and very knowledgeable! We are looking forward to getting his new roof fitted in June.

I'd contacted Platinum a few years ago to get the exterior done on my house, but couldnt go ahead at the time due to personal reasons. I hadn't forgotten how good their initial service was (with Iain), so re-booked an appointment and I am pleased to say that I signed up today! This time David came round and was polite and friendly from the start, answering all my questions, without trying to bamboozle me with sales talk. David was thorough with his measurements, knows his stuff and went through the whole process with me. A real credit to Platinum! I'm looking forward to getting the job done, so will post more reviews as it happens.

Great team of workers who worked away with good banter and smiley faces. And tidied up well.
Excellent communications with Lynda in the office and the main man Ian.
Nothing was too awkward or difficult for them and we were delighted with the finished job.
After service is a big thing with me and when I mentioned a small gap missed Ian had a team out to fix that within a couple of hours. That was brilliant because once a job is completed and paid for it's so easy to ignore such small things afterwards - not Platinum. Well done
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would certainly hire them again myself.

We had two large sections of the front of our house re-rendered with K Rend and also our exterior front paintwork resprayed so that the whole front of the house now looks like new. Previously the render was badly cracked and we had a mixture of paint finishes. We also had a sealant put on the front of our brick to weather proof it.
Ian came out to discuss the whole process with us and explained the options and price points thoroughly and clearly. Communication throughout the job was very good and special mention to Lynda for keeping us posted when weather conditions affected the schedule. The overall experience and the quality of the finish has been excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Platinum to others.

The Platinum team fitted our new roof in Oct 2023. Communications with Ian were excellent, so friendly and professional. Fraser and the team completed the job in a week and we are delighted with it. In the storms over the last week we have felt reassured having our new roof!

I'm very happy with my new roof and skylight. No more drafts in the loft! :) The guys were friendly, and tidied up after completion.

Just recently had our house roughcasted and gutters replaced by platinum. Looks like a new house 👏
