They want a Bank-Statements from over 2 Years. Selfie with a PlayId in the background and many more things, just to bully you.
After you bring all the documents they never verify your Account and hold back all your Funds.
Be carefull and bring your Funds in safty.
Now i wait two month that my account is verified, to withdraw m funds…

Nach eine Woche ich habe auf live char geschrieben was geht mit meiner sache und wurde informiert das ich soll email schreiben. Nach nächste 3 Wochen keine Antwort, ich habe geschrieben das ich will einfach meinen geld zurück und keine konto mehr da haben. Die haben mir etwas wie automatisierte Mail geschickt das meine abhebung ist realisiert und ist natürlich nichts aufs konto gekommen 😂 habe wieder zum live Chat geschrieben aber wie immer - jemand medlet sich mit email weil die sind nicht beantwortlich für meine anligen 😂 Nur 70€ weg aber konnte mehr sein

Also, auszahlen geht gar nicht. Abheben, funktioniert und wenn die angebene 4-5 Tage vorbei sind landet das Geld wider auf Spieler Konto, angebliche technische Problemen. Finger weg.
I used this site back when it was funID. Never had any problems . Then they rebranded , and I found that the customer service went to crap. Recently . I withdrew from thier sister site wazamba onto my play id account becuase that is how my deposit was made . I won, withdrew , and it's been over a week and I am still waiting . No one has contacted me. They told me a ticket was created (5days ago ) becuase my withdrawal got stuck in their system . I was told that it would be reversed so I could re withdraw it .this still hasn't happened , nor have any of my emails been responded to . I have not been contacted. Meanwhile they keep telling me to enjoy thier site . NEVER AGAIN. I'm out over 750 dollars that they keep telling me to patiently wait for . Because of this I won't be playing on any of their sites .
Meine persönliche Erfahrung mit PlayID / FUNiD war leider sehr enttäuschend.
Eine Auszahlung befand sich über 84 Tage im Status „pending“. Während dieser Zeit wurden wiederholt unterschiedliche Gründe für die Verzögerung genannt, darunter technische Probleme und später umfangreiche Verifizierungsanforderungen.
Obwohl zahlreiche Unterlagen eingereicht wurden, kam es zu keiner Auszahlung. Nach insgesamt 84 Tagen wurden die Auszahlungen schließlich storniert.
Letztendlich habe ich den Vorgang auf anderem Weg abgeschlossen, nachdem die Auszahlung über PlayID/FUNiD nicht erfolgreich durchgeführt werden konnte.
Besonders frustrierend waren für mich die lange Wartezeit, die wechselnden Begründungen und das Ausbleiben einer konkreten Lösung.
Dies ist meine persönliche Erfahrung mit dem Service.

I have been losing my mind over these scammers!
They were recommended by my casino manager and at first they seemed ok.
But then I made a deposit, my card was charged but it didn't show up on my playID account.
Their customer support claims it was unsuccessful so I went through trouble of reaching out to my bank to get transaction details used to track it down but their response stayed the same - "financial department says it's not charged". When I ask them to provide the Void transaction ID or any other proof od their claim - they promise to "work on it" and ask for more of my patience. When they charge - they use a completely different business name which is probably a part of their scam.
This all started TWO MONTHS AGO, and it is obvious that they can't/won't find this transaction so I am now reporting this to every possible institution I can find online, I'm reporting them for scam and also for clearly doing other illegal things with their payment systems (most likely to avoid taxes) . I will be adding all websites I can find so others can report them as well.
Edit:
Since I was stupid enough to take another chance - (after the response they added here few hours ago) - I did what they asked, contacted their LC, sent screenshot of their response and the agent said "the charge was unsuccessful and it was refunded, check with your payment provider" so I sent following:
"I contacted you more than 10 times on LC, more than 10 emails and Also my bank. I sent multiple screenshots, full transaction details and also some tracking info from my Bank - last thing that was told to me was that financial department says "no money". I asked for transaction ID but I never received it.
Few days ago I decided to report it and wrote review on TrustPilot, Play ID responded to contact you one more time and give you one more chance. And now you're just gonna repeat the same s**t again???".
Even though I used a curse word it wasn't insult to him - instead of warning me he immediately ended chat due to language I used, and they also banned me from accessing Chat completely.

I have been waiting for weeks for my miney back after a failed transaction and they keep delaying it and pushing it aside, extremely disrespectuful and unprofessional.
UPDATE-
After contacting the support for the fifth time the issue was finally resolved and i was asked to provide information i was never asked to before so the other support agents were just incompetent.

Dopo quello i prelievi diventano immediati, 1/2 minuti e i soldi sono sul conto corrente.

Több napja kifizetést kezdeményeztem, az applikáció mielőtt átlépett volna a banki adatok megadásához azt írta ki, hogy ‘váratlan hiba történt’. Azóta az egyenlegemről eltűnt a pénz, a tranzakciók között fűggőben van.
A pénz beragadt a rendszerbe!
Többször kértem őket e-mailbe és a Chaten is, hogy tegyék vissza az egyenlegemet, mindig csak az időhúzás megy és a kifogások, és hogy rajt vannak a probléma megoldásán!
Töbsször játszottam náluk, volt, hogy történt ilyen, de mindjg visszakaptam a beragadt kifizetést pár órán belül, most az időt húzzák és az egyenlegem sehol!
Nem akarják visszarakni a pénzt, csak a kifogások mennek!

Nazalost kasno sam shvatio da je ovo jedna velika prevara. Izgubio sam pumo para na platformama koje se nude na stranicama Playid. Uglavnom sam bio prevaren i sve vezano za bilo koji Casino je prevara. U sustini covjek ne moze nista da dobije, i kada se to desi ukradu ti pare. Lopovi i klosari. Neandrtalci...

Nie ma możliwości przyznania zero gwiazdek.Opóźnienie wypłat to standard. Moim zdaniem ta firma to oszustwo.Bez żadnego powodu wstrzymano wypłaty.Oficjanie mają 72 godziny na ich realizację,ale obawiam się,że pieniadze przepadły i zostały poprostu ukradzione mi.

These people don’t pay your withdrawal. They asked me for document I provided them 7 times. Same documents. They asked for a Appleid statement which doesn’t exists they don’t respond to emails. Then they blocked me from msging live chat. They keep telling me they are opening tickets. They refuse to give any sort of contact information. Each different customer service representative tells me something different one says it’s because the finance department apparently is busy. That’s why I’m taking time. One says that I haven’t been verified one saying everything good good. Bunch of scammers. They blocked my up from contacting them

I will be linking a drop box with all the conversations. Transactions that I had with playID. I don’t care if the world sees how they went. But the reply to my review is just generic reply. I contacted live support via VPN. As they banned my Ip. Still is banned by the way. Was told that they can’t do anything I had to wait for an email. Which have been waiting for over 22 days now. Not even going with the first withdrawal I did. I have everything documented and saved. So anyone wanna see it let me know

Salve, uso questo sito da mesi e non lavevo problemi, fino a qualche settimana fa, ho richiesto un prelievo di 175€ il giorno 5 aprile ID transazione:55953574
oggi è 15 aprile e il prelievo non è stato pagato, mi sono stati richiesti dei documenti che ho inviato tramite mail ( richieste molto sospette tra cui estratto conto di 12 mesi) ho inviato i documenti e non ho ancora ricevuto risposta. Sono in procinto di agire per vie legali tramite avvocati internazionali che agiscono anche in curacao, sede dove questo sito opera con licenza, se il prelievo non verra pagato a breve e non otterró una risposta da un'operatore UMANO, non risposte automatizzate come al solito. mi aspetto serietà altrimenti procederó per vie legali immediatamente, se il prelievo verrá pagato elimineró o aggiorneró la recensione!
aggiornamenti 19 aprile: Mi hanno chiesto altri documenti! il prelievo non è ancora stato sbloccato, aspetteró un altra settimana, dopodichè faró chargeback con la mia banca che ha già preannunciato la conferma dell'azione
oggi 21 aprile mi sono stati chuesti ancora documenti!! POSSIBILE PHISHING!!! aggiornamento 16 giugno, IL PRELIEVO NON È STATO PAGATO! NON GIOCATE SU QUESTO SITO TRUFFA
