Worst site i have known for playing online. Customer service is non existent. Repeatedly block my account asking for a photo of my card which has already expired and they have already accepted the verification photo of it’s replacement. Seems they like nothing more to block peoples accounts for no valid reason after a few good wins.

Highly disgusting,you allowed me to withdraw £120 without verification but when I won £384 & went to withdraw you asked for id, I sent this & within hours my bank card was verified but not my id,you asked for it again so I sent it again but not heard anything from you since,I sent another photo id & emailed asking if these things was OK because I wanted to withdraw my winnings, I didn't get a reply & id still not verified, I carried on playing with my winnings (had sneaky suspicion at this point) & of course no gameplay just pure losses,o lost that(which is fine)last night I made 2 more deposits & my 2nd deposit won £538,my account still not verified & another email sent & ignored & still I couldn't withdraw so a couple of hours ago I started playing back on the site with my winnings & suprise not one ounce of gameplay with minimal wins,I'm not a person who puts big bets on because I like the gameplay however in this case not one ounce of gameplay & only managed to play 4 games, I've been gambling for 14 years & this is a shocking move on your part,you chose not to let me know any other documents I could send for my account to be verified however my bank card was done within hours,avoid this site if you want your winnings there & then after sending all id, I'm more of a gameplayer than a gambler & even though id have liked to hold onto some of my winnings I chose gameplay which I didn't even receive for those amounts,you constantly messaged regarding safe guarding for gamblers & this behavior in my eyes is a big safe guarding issue for the gambler,not a nice thing to do to customers & feels very deliberate

Joined account and deposit £30 but after deposit, I am prompted to verify my number for which I am not getting validation code.. my number is correct, tried several times but not getting the code to verify my number, dropped several emails, chat messages but no response. I am stuck with my £30 in the account and not allowing me to play or withdrawal. Nonsense customer service and waste system that doesn’t even able to generate verification code

Lo peor de lo peor, todo lo que lees en las condiciones que aceptas, es mentira.
La retirada mínima es de 20 euros, tengo captura. La gente de atención al cliente, está elegida al dedillo, no saben ni escribir, tengo todos los emails. Para poder solucionar algo, que al final resulta imposible, 7 emails, 3 días, porque encima no trabajan. Por ejemplo, para resetear una contraseña, te mandan una en blanco jajaja , son patéticos! El casino tampoco vale nada, es un calco a playuzu pero a lo cutre.

Deres kundeservice er ikke eksisterende og deres tilbud med dagens deal virker slet ikke.
Deres maskiner er manipuleret så de kan have en indvirkning på udfaldet af maskinen også selvom at de påstår at det ikke kan lade sig gøre. Tror de at vi er dumme ? Maskinerne/programmet er lavet af mennesker og kan nemt manipuleres så det ikke bliver opdaget.
Jeg spiller på utallige af casino sider og jeg har aldrig været ude for at spinde over 250 gange på laveste indsats uden at ramme freespinsne på en bestemt maskine så her beviser det for mig at systemet er manipuleret ydermere så kan man se at maskinen hakker og lige spinder 2-3 sekunder ekstra inden at du rammer absolut intet.
Så hold jer langt væk fra denne side hvis i ikke vil rippes for jeres penge på fejlagtige manipuleret maskiner.

Hi I recently joined play jango they restricted my play after many deposits obviously a ploy so you can’t get a chance to win anything they should be reported I have sent an email stating this they should not be able to operate with these tactics

I have had no problems from this casino up till now. I reached my deposit limit which ended today 17.10.21 at initially 17:51. 18:00 i could still not play. Messaged them on live chat immediately. No reply. When trying to deposit again, the time changed to 22:27. 22:35 i could still not play and still waiting on a response sent 18:05 and its now 22:53. Yet they are available 24/7 lol. What a joke. I would of given this casino full stars but based on whats happened to me today with the non existant customer services, im not happy.
