Great space. I am new to this saunagus and cold plunge thing. I loved it from the first time. The sauna is spacious even with a full class of 45 people. The Gusmester I have experienced is very good at creating a safe space to let go and check in with yourself. No awkwardness and good guiding through it all. There is a toilet possibility which is a plus in my book since I always experience the need to empty the bladder after the first session when the nervous system has been calmed. I havenât tried the âHighâ classes which should be a bit more upbeat. Definitely recommend!

Great experience - the deep session had amazing music and a really good instructor. The instructor also shared good advice for the cold plunge, so that actually got easier in just one session. Really loved it!

Hi Ida,
Thank you for your review! We are so thrilled to hear this!
