Terrible. Absolute con artists.

Bought a hoodie on tilt that arrived with a hole in the shoulder and grease stains on the front and despite no mention of this in the stream they won’t let me return it. Terrible, looks like I’m gonna have to complain through tilt or open a small claims case.

Could not be happier!

I'm always reluctant to be second hand or "pre-loved" sneakers because some glaring issues can be disguised well in photos. However, I got an absolute bargain with JP Plug on a pair I had coveted for years. The photos actually didn't do them justice in terms of condition which I would give a 9/10 minimum for. Will not hesitate at all to use again and couldn't be more happy with getting one of my grails for less than £100.
