Ordered 2 pairs of slides
I ordered two pairs if yzy slides DS, one of them wasn’t shipped and I got my money back (that pair still appears in stock on the website), and other pair arrived with some dust on the ‘insole’.
Overall great experience, but would have been nice to be asked if I still want the other pair, because I didn’t want to pay shipping for just one pair.

Hi Andrei, thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately was just an admin error in regards to the one size being out of stock and then accidentally being put back in stock when it was refunded. I did send you an email but not sure if you received? Glad the slides you did receive were all good!

Hi Lucia, figured you’d probably leave me a bad review out of spite. As we discussed you did not enter for the £99 drop and therefore I cancelled your order. You received the password from someone else which was not fair on everyone else who entered. Was not for “no reason”.
