Really quick response to my enquiry and they were able to visit the next day. Fixing a leak under our dishwasher. Very efficient and easy to deal with, would highly recommnend!

Excellent service- dealt with emergency leak when I was away & house-sitter had alerted me to problem. Didn't object to having to deal with me at a distance- no payment demands beforehand. Attended promptly & sorted problem with minimum fuss.- & Courteously according to the house-sitter

Plumberoo have completed a full refit/refurb of the central heating system at my property, along with a load of additional drainage and plumbing repairs. It's the biggest renovation I've ever commissioned and I couldn't be happier with how Plumberoo handled everything for me - their work is a consistently high standard, and everyone on the team is thorough, helpful, organised, and just a good guy to work with. They even sub-contracted a full electrical rewire on my behalf, connecting me with a great electrical firm. I wouldn't use anyone else for plumbing/heating work in my home.

I can't recommend the team at Plumberoo highly enough! We needed a plumber and came across Plumberoo through Which? Trusted Traders. Rom visited us twice to tackle a tricky issue with a mains stopcock in a block of flats. On both occasions, he was professional, friendly, honest—and even worked a little magic!

Jacob from Plumberoo came out on the same day I called and cleared a tricky pipe blockage within minutes. It was just what we needed and will definitely use them again next time this happens.

Unlike the many positive reviews on here, I have not received a good service from this company. I contacted them last year at the recommendation by The Page, which is a trusted contractor-finding company, about my heating system. I was given a slot, but the engineer turned up several hours late and after numerous updates given by Plumberoo. They also charged me VAT the engineer’s off-street parking, which was not correct as off-street parking is not subject to VAT (no other contractors had charged me VAT on off-street parking). Recently, I contacted them again to ask if an engineer could come to look at my expansion vessels, they said they’d get back to me but did not. I phoned again the following week, a woman answered and we agreed for the engineer to come on a specific date within a certain slot. The woman said she’d send me a confirmation email. Minutes later, I received an email by someone else telling me that Plumberoo was “very busy and couldn’t take on any extra work.” I phoned back to tell the woman I was very confused, she said so was she and she’d look into this for me but, of course, I never heard back from anyone. I don’t think it’s worth my efforts pursuing this company.
UPDATE; Following my review, I received a phone call from Plumberoo to discuss my review. I told them that they had wasted enough of my time and I did not want to discuss with them.
2nd UPDATE: Plumberoo’s next action was to post the reply below about 10 days later. It just shows what kind of company they are. If you do not want bad reviews, then please stop mucking people about.

Jacob was brilliant, can’t fault him. Arrived quickly, was knowledgeable and found and fixed our issue much faster than I’d anticipated. And all with a smile! Very highly recommend.

We have used Plumberoo a number of times over the last 12 months for different plumbing issues and they have been prompt, efficient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. In one case they found the source of a leak which had stumped other plumbing companies. The latest issue was a leaking WC. Plumberoo sent one of their team within a few hours, a replacement inlet valve and flushing system sourced and installed and the problem was resolved. I would highly recommend this company.
