Same day service for emergency callout to replace a lavatory with a cracked leaking cistern.
Enginer Jacob from Plumberoo completed the replacement within 4 hours,removed the existing lavatory for salvage with no mess or disruption .
I have used Plumberoo 3 times and each problem has been resolved promptly.

Plumberoo responded really quickly to my request for someone to repair or replace my leaking tap. The plumber Ned was excellent and told me immediately that the tap needed replacing which I thought it, we discussed a replacement which he purchased and completed the work quickly and efficiently great service

Stuart serviced our boiler and sorted out a couple of taps very efficiently. He was very courteous and careful and good at explaining what he was doing

After a power cut my boiler broke down. I phoned Plumberoo and they came out within an hour. I found the engineer very pleasant and professional. I would certainly use this company again, if and when I have a problem.

I would strongly advise anyone engaging with Plumberoo to avoid accepting verbal communications. Always get quotes and statements in writing, as their actions do not align with what they say. My partner and I were seriously misled, and the job they performed was less than adequate. We had to hire another plumbing firm to fix the issue, and they resolved it in just a couple of hours for less than the callout cost of Plumberoo. We are extremely disappointed with the service and feel it was a waste of time and money.

Excellent service from start to finish . Called on Sunday and asked for an engineer to come Monday to fix/replace our hot water motorised valve, which had stopped working. Pat said he'd be able to get someone round on Monday between 10am-2pm. On the day Christopher messaged at just gone 10am to say he was on the way and by 11.50 (or so) had completed the job. Prompt, friendly and thorough, what more could you ask for. Highly recommend Plumberoo.

Plumberoo responded quickly to my request to unblock our kitchen sink which they had last done more than five years ago. They fed a cable with jet washer and camera into the drain system both from the sewer manhole, and also down from the kitchen sink, until water was draining freely. In doing so many small lumps of fat, oil and grease were removed. It was a complex job and took nearly three hours. But their engineer was patient, polite and professional at all times. At the end he cleaned up thoroughly in the kitchen and at the manhole cover.

Prompt response, timely visit as promised, Tom efficient and effective as always, and good professional advice regarding a boiler replacement.

The team at Plumberoo organised have a leak in our toilet fixed at very short notice, the service was very efficient and professional. Mike turned up right on time and fixed the problem really quickly, without having to dismantle any of the tiling around our toilet. Friendly, organised and skilled. We will use them again for sure!

Ben was polite, personable and knowledgeable, fixed the problem within 30 mins and tidied up after himself (doesn't always happen).

I used Plumberoo for about 3 years. I call them for my boiler annual maintenance and recently hot water was not working properly, needs to change a part… Engineer Stuart did the last job in a polite, clean, explanatory and friendly manner… the service they provide always reliable and consistent. Their price is fair. I highly recommend.
