Called them out as I had a leak in my ceiling said they would be there the same morning.

I arranged to work from home but no one turned up they called back to say no plumber was available but would be there between 8 and 12 next morning no one turned up but I did get a call to say how was my experience . Well if they turned up I might be able to tell them!! Not really an emergency plumber as I was promised

Had a blocked toilet and the plumber came around with a micky mouse plunger that you can get off of amazon for £10. He couldn't unblock the toilet but gave me a number of his friend that could help. So I phoned the company back and they told me they don't unblock toilets. Stay away from this cowboy outfit. Has cost me £135 for nothing

We had an overflow leak on the hot water tank in the loft. When the plumber turned up the first thing that he asked for was a bucket. Except we don't have one. Then he couldn't get the securing nut from the ball valve assembly. He needed a bigger pipe wrench to do the job but didn't have one. Therefore a plumber without the tools for the job. Then he disappeared to find Screwfix to buy a new ballcock. He said he took that journey time off the bill but that was not fully correct. Now they are charging us for a second hour on the job because of their inadequacies and even had the cheek to point out other things that we also need doing and they would come and fix them. NO CHANCE. RIP OFF merchants. will not recommend them EVER.

I had a leaking radiator and the company responded within an hour. The work was completed quickly and satisfactorily and would recommend the company

Do not use this company, they charge for a job that a engineer came out and done nothing, engineer said there would be no charge, the next day £252 out my account shocking customer support and customer service ADVISE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY
