Working with Plum has been an incredible experience from the get-go. Matt and his team are truly invested in helping you find your dream home and matching you with others who are aligned with that same dream. From beginning to end, we felt listened to and catered to, while Matt coordinated meeting other families on the same journey who were wonderful and so easy to work with. Plum takes all the pain out of finding families interested in co-ownership, identifying and aligning each person's personal preferences, forming an LLC, and getting through the nitty gritty details of financial paperwork a breeze, making finding your dream home a reality.

Our experience with Plum, was nothing short of amazing! From the initial conversations with Matt Williamson, to the whole process of becoming Plum certified and being matched with some great future co-owners, to the realtor, and financial teams! I can’t say enough about the positive experience we had and the excitement of now having our dream beach home!

There are a lot of potential pitfalls when it comes to co-owning a vacation home. After seeing some of the things my parents dealt with while they had a beach house, I was always a bit hesitant to go in with a group myself.

Plum completely changed my mind on co-ownership.

Their team was with us throughout the whole process, from helping to find group members to closing on the house. There was a huge focus on getting our group aligned and protected, which alleviated any fears I had with the prospect of owning a home with others.

Working with Plum has made a dream to have a vacation home and investment property come true! Plum CoOwnership put all of the pieces of the puzzle together to make buying that property finally work. It started with using the Plum network to bring four like-minded families together. Then, with their concierge services, Plum walked us through financial verification of all partners and forming an LLC with legal documents that would protect each of the partners in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Plum connected us with an awesome realtor who found us the perfect property. Now that we’ve had the property for almost a year, Plum has backed us up on business filings and making sure that everything between partners is running smoothly. I had been ready to make the purchase of an investment property for a while, but didn’t know how I was going to find the right partners. Plum got me across the finish line and I highly recommend them.

After years of dreaming about owning a vacation home but never quite knowing where to start we heard about Plum's model and dove in. Plum laid it all out from A to Z with the details we needed! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vacation home even if you have not considered the co-ownership option -- you might after after Plum lays out the substantial benefits of the model.

We went into Plum CoOwnership with an open mind and a desire to have a beach rental. Over the course of a few months, we met some great folks and found an awesome house that met everyone's wants and needs. Eight months later, the house is cash flow positive, and we've got to take family and friends to the beach a few times. That's what I call a WIN!

Owning a beach property has always been a dream that I thought would be realized near retirement age. Thanks to Plum, our dream has come true years earlier than expected. From the first call with the Plum team, I was really impressed with the services and process. In less than five months, we were certified, introduced to compatible partners, formed an LLC, searched properties and closed on our dream vacation home! The Plum team was there every step of the way and had answers to any questions or scenarios. We never could have realized this dream for our family without Matt and the Plum team!
