However, I do have a concern regarding the limited payment methods. I would prefer to pay using USDT rather than credit cards or bank transfers.

I have just shared my experience to your agency. What I faced and shared that. I want you should improve your service and work on that.

So horrible customer service, Thank god they were harsh before I even join them! I just asked if someone else will be a able to check my campaigns, simple question right? Their response LITERALLY 'we don't care about your campaigns, why will we check them?' 'We are not interested in working with you' 'please look for another agency' so so horrible! Stay away!!!

They are deleting everytime my review. Be aware of those SCAMMERS! They steal money and give bad support. Everytime you delete my review I will replace it to warn people!

PS: they are writing fake reviews by themselves so their percentage goes up. Pure scammers.

Just to let Everybody know, they delete almost everybody’s reviews that are negative and they make fake trust pilot reviews, to push their ratings. These people are the biggest scammers

Being associated with Plus Agency fills me with immense satisfaction. The stability they've brought to my business has enabled us to effortlessly escalate from $200 to $2k/day, even amidst the uncertainties of Facebook.

Biggest SCAMMERS, never work with plus agenency!! When you make top ups they keep a big part of the money without even telling you. When confronting them they come up with lies about other fees. Even when I already paid the 4% fee we agreed on but they kept more than 15%. SCAMMERS!!! There is 0 communication 0 help 0 transparency and 0 customer service. Even when asking for a refund for your STOLEN money they laugh at you and come up with even more lies that you have to pay them.

They also have FAKE trustpilot reviews on their website. Do not trust these scammers!

They Scammed me! I wired funds for an ad account, but never received the account, or filled out any form, They said the funds were non refundable even though they hadn't done a single thing! I didn't sign an agreement or nothing. They stole my funds, and now don't respond to me. They told me via Skype that they will not argue with me on this and simply stopped responding.

Highly disapprove of this company, anybody with 5 star reviews beware of potential fake reviewers. I have chat receipts and funds transferred to prove my review. They scammed me, Buyer BEWARE! never again.
