I saw this page through instagram ad, at first I thought it was a scam but decided to give it a try, thinking I will get it in weeks but my oh my I was impressed I had my work within hours and without any delays. I recommend it to parents and guardians.

I requested a Moana video for my little girl and it was completed within the next two days. I have made an error on the message I want to give my daughter and also requested for the picture to be changed, ready to make an additional payment for it. But lo and behold! The people behind PlusCup made the changes without asking for another dime, and they are really accommodating and helpful! The video was super good, my daughter was so happy and also the people from her party was amazed by it! So to anyone who wants to make their little ones feel extra special on their big day, a video like this goes a long way! Add a bit more tip, (as I was unable to but hope I did! Because it is all super worth it!) Thank you so much PlusCup team! Until next year!

My son has a tricky name and they made sure to say it correctly on the video. Thorbjörn was very happy for his Bluey birthday message!

The team at PlusCup did a great job! The turn around time was within 24hrs even though I didn’t pay for rush service. And though the first delivery had a minor mispronunciation, with some AI driven voice recordings, I was able to receive the corrected version within another 24hrs!

Great service, be careful with weirdly spelled names and making sure you put lots of detail into the pronounce name part of the form but even if they get it wrong, email them and they’ll redo for you free of charge, great service

Pup Plus is absolutely incredible. I had to revise my order several times, and their customer service was beyond outstanding every single time. Responses were quick and efficient—you can truly tell the staff are on top of everything and never leave you waiting.
I know my grandson is going to be completely shocked and thrilled when he gets his birthday message. It’s such a special and meaningful experience. I cant wait until he sees his birthday video. My daughter cried when she saw the finished product.
I love that you can put your own personal message included in the video.

I ordered Pawpatrol video for my sons birthday, first video was not working, sound was missing, video was lagging. Sended them email and got answer really fast, they fixed video and now its working!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

I paid extra for rush delivery so a personalized Elmo video would be ready in time for my son’s birthday. The entire reason for the purchase was to have it on that specific day.

The first video was delivered on time, but my son’s name was said incorrectly, making it unusable. I immediately requested a correction and even sent voice memos to make sure the pronunciation was clear.

Because of their mistake, the video had to be redone and that’s where things got worse. The corrected version was not delivered within the 24-hour rush timeframe, so it arrived after my son’s birthday, completely defeating the purpose of paying for rush service.

To make matters even more frustrating, when I finally received the updated video, the name was STILL wrong. After multiple attempts, clear instructions, and even voice recordings, they still couldn’t get a basic detail correct.

They refused to issue a full refund and only offered to refund the rush fee, even though the final product was both late and incorrect. They are now also ignoring my emails and refund requests.

Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. If you’re ordering something time-sensitive or important, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I love the video, awesome job, I will be sharing the video at my grandson's 1st birthday party and I will come back to post his reaction video.

I always read the negative reviews first, so i just assumed i had been scammed, as the site is relatively new. but, after i contacted support, i received my video the next day. the video turned out great, and i'm happy with it.
if you don't get your video after 3 days, just send an email reminder.

I was skeptical at first, but the Pluscup team produced a lovely curated video for our 4 year old. We asked for a few adjustments on the initial video we received which was promptly updated and resent to us on time. It made her day!

The Frozen video is amazing! It is so realistic and I was pleasantly surprised at how long it is. The photo of my granddaughter is very clear. I highly recommend Plus Cup! Can’t wait for my granddaughter to see it!

The first video I received stated the wrong age of my daughter despite it being accurate on the illustration. They sent me a fixed one, but when I went to pull it up from Dropbox on the evening of my daughter's birthday, it had been deleted & I had to show her the wrong one before she went to bed. I requested a refund & they discontinued communication.
