I recently ordered a video for my daughter’s 4th birthday; however, due to an unforeseen issue, the video was not delivered to the original email address provided at the time of purchase. After a few prompt email exchanges, the team resolved the issue in less than 24 hours and successfully sent the video to an alternate email address. I truly appreciate their flexibility, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I am confident my daughter will still enjoy her special video message.

The video is great, can’t wait for my baby to see it on her birthday. They did pronounce her name correctly although I did spell out the pronunciation but overall I am satisfied.
