Huge Props To Their Customer Service

The best 20 bucks ive ever spent on a gift for my daughter seriously. We did that Gabby dollhouse one which turned out super cute and They actually sent the finished video later the same day which was great.

Now the day of the party I realized I had accidentally cleared my emails without ever downloading the video and started to panic so I reached out through email explaining and they sent me the replacement almost immediately. I can't say how grateful I am for that. So its been a great experience all around id definitely recommend trying it out.

They were super fast with the video and even faster replying and helping me fix an issue I had. It’s worth every penny. Will definitely be doing it again for my other babies birthdays and special events ♥️

My child’s name was pronounced wrong despite my writing the pronunciation- it is not a difficult name. They said a long “a” rather than a long “e”. The video was supposed to be personalized at the beginning with Anna waking Elsa and saying it’s my daughter’s birthday and instead the video was generic saying “it’s the princess’s birthday”. I complained and nearly 12 hours later I got an email asking me to do a voice memo of my child’s name and they would do the video correctly. They never did. I consistently asked for a refund and I was never given one. I could not play the video that they sent since Elsa did not say her name right - in addition of lesser concern, the mouths of the characters in the video don’t line up with what the characters are saying. It’s like it’s part of the movie but they say things in a “dub over”. All of the time I spent trying to get this video done appropriately to no avail and no refund. I would NEVER deal with this company again. Never.
Added: I see the response and it is not accurate. There was NOT an immediate response. The response was sent at 4:37 pm. My communication was timely because I ordered the video for the morning of my child’s birthday. I clearly paid for expedited and stated we would be showing it to her before heading to Disney in the morning hours. It was not ever fixed on the day of her birthday and nothing in my communication was rude - it was clearly stating that the corrected video had to be sent before she had to go to bed in the evening (which it wasn’t - it was never corrected).

Very fast and great video, worth it.

Want to come back and update my First review. Had a little bit of confusion with my orders but was very happy with the outcome would recommend this highly

I am very disappointed, I purchased a video for my nephew 4th birthday a month before his birthday and now I don't have any access to the video that was created for him. I reached out to customer service and no reply and tomorrow is his birthday and I won't have the video for him to see which would've made his day. I want a refund 😕

The video was better than I imagined. The graphics and song were perfect! It played like a part of a scene from the actual video. I am sure my 4 year old grand daughter will love it!
