Omg I love the video !

Omg I love the video !! My baby turns 2 soon and the theme was just what I wanted and needed for her thank you guys so much it’s beautiful!!!!! And perfect and the customer service was A1!!! No issues at all I will definitely shop next year as well !!!

Amazing videos and customer service

We got peppa pig and bluey videos made for our daughter's third birthday. One of them turned out perfect in the first attempt but another one had a small pronunciation issue in it. The team worked on this very quickly and helped resolve all issues. Very happy with the post sales service. They really want to make it a happy and perfect experience for you. My daughter now sees those videos every day!!

Extremely satisfied!

I was disappointed that the birthday girl's name was not mentioned as it was in other videos. Hearing her name or maybe have her picture on stage as she was celebrated would have definitely been better than just putting her picture in the corner at the end of the video. Other than that, it was ok.
I failed to mention that it was the K Pop video that failed to make the birthday celebration personal, as did the Bluey and Elsa videos.
I appreciate the rapid response and the updated version of the K Pop video that is perfect. It will put a forever smile on Aspen's face. I highly recommend your company!!!!

Paid extra for the 24hour delivery of


Paid extra for the 24hour delivery of my video and still got ik after 3 days so it was past My daughters birthday
 and the cherry on top was at the end of the video they wrote the wrong name (Oliver)
Will never order anything again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused, especially with it being your daughter’s birthday.

We’d like to clarify a few important points transparently.
The video was completed and sent to the email address provided at checkout within the promised timeframe. Unfortunately, the email address ending with @dmcc.ee was not receiving our messages, which delayed delivery beyond our control.

When you contacted us, it also took additional time to locate the order because the billing name was entered only as “Khlan”, without a full name, and we receive a very high volume of emails daily, which can sometimes slow down responses.

That said, we fully acknowledge our mistake at the end of the video where the wrong name was shown. This was an editing oversight, and we sincerely apologize for that. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we were ready to correct it immediately.

We understand how disappointing this experience must have been, and we’re truly sorry it didn’t meet your expectations on such an important day. Your feedback helps us improve, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I would give this 10 stars if I could

I would give this 10 stars on a five star scale. If you are a parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle, you should consider this as a gift for that special child in your life. The video quality was absolutely perfect and the messaging was great. But the service level was unequivocally excellent. This was my first purchase and I will continue to buy from them as the opportunities present themselves.

Wow - my grandson was really surprised and loved every minute. They delivered exactly what they promised and I had it expedited because I ordered it the morning I needed it and they delivered. All of my guests were impressed.

This item would’ve been 5 stars if the sound didn’t go out when the mom took the radio, it comes back on in the next clip but it’s very noticeable. I will say that the timeframe in when I got my video was quite fast it only took 3 hours.

Just to clarify, the sound cutting out when the mom takes the radio was done on purpose as a playful, funny moment in the scene. That said, we completely understand that it can feel noticeable or distracting.

Will not be using again

Will not be using again. I gave them the pronunciation of my daughter’s name, they got it incorrect. They requested a video of me saying her name correctly and it was still incorrect. Then I was told “that’s the best they could do!” How hard is it to pronounce Caleigh.. pronounced “Cali?”

Couldn’t be happier

Couldn’t be happier! The Bluey birthday video was super cute and arrived so quickly. And their customer service was truly exceptional. When I noticed a name pronunciation issue, they remade the video immediately and it turned out fantastic. I’ll definitely be back and I recommend them 100%.
