Unauthorized Charge on Credit Card
Last night Dec 11th I got notified that a charge for 69$ was placed on my credit card from a company called Plutopets.co. I placed one order with them previously and DID NOT agree to any subscription. This totally caught me off guard. I emailed them immediately but got an AI response that it can take up to 4 days to get a response. There's nobody to talk to as the phone is an AI recording
Seeing how it's going to take up to 4 days for a response that means they're going to ship the product I didn't order out. I have no subscription as you will see on the screen shots that I took.

After lambasting this company on FB,Insta etc I was contacted by Chris from customer service whom assisted me in resolving this issue. After some back and forth he agreed to refund in full. The following is an email that I just received.
