Just like everyone else, I placed an order that I didn't receive and am still awaiting my refund. I didn't read the reviews because a coworker ordered and liked the product. I ordered on 2/6/26, waited about two weeks before asking for a status update. I received an apology and was told its taking a bit longer to arrive than planned. I waited another week before asking again. At that point I requested to have the order cancelled and requested a refund. I was told they would cancel if they were able to, which they did the same day, supposedly. I have reached out multiple times about the refund and was told it was processed on their end. It has not been processed to my bank. I even asked for confirmation that it was indeed processed. It is 4/9/96 and I reached out, yet again, letting them know I am going through my bank placing a fraud claim on my account and also going to the Shop app to report the company in hopes of getting them removed. I will also go to Amazon and anywhere else their products are sold. I'm getting my money back one way or another.

This company sucks stay away from them. I ordered a one time purchase and for the last four months they have been billing me $34.99 as if it’s a subscription. I did not agree to a subscription. These people have no working phone number and they will not respond to emails. These people are scammers. Check your credit card statement closely for reoccurring charges. That need to be put out of business.

Don’t do it you’ll have to get a whole new credit card purchase two packs a week later still no Gummies and they tried to process another charge. We are now two weeks post order still no Gummies had to call my credit card company and stop the payment now I have to get a new credit card.

Avoid She Thrive.

I was charged over $100, never received my order, and then had multiple unauthorised charges taken from my account. I had to get my bank involved to stop further transactions and recover my money.

The company ignored multiple emails and only responded a month later.

This caused unnecessary financial stress and is completely unacceptable. I would not trust this company with my card details.

Still ongoing still haven’t received my money back or my products

Placed an order still haven't received the item and got charged twice for it. Worst experience ever. They do nothing but scam people and never answer emails when you send them. Horrible customer service 😡

SPAM!!same problem like other have. I’ve ordered in Dec 2025 on 5th ,payment was taken again on 12th,the Jan,Feb,and now in March ,and I’ve just contacted the bank now to order another card because they’ve checked and they said this isn’t subscription so basically they are stealing my money and also I don’t get any products from them !

This is one of the unreliable company that I have interact with. They keep trying to charge my card for $ 34.99 which I did not authorize. This company is a SCAM -DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. I emailed them on last month, February to cancel any subscription. Received an email back saying they have cancel and lo and behold come March 2026 they want to charge me $34.99. This is not a good company to do business with.

I had to cancel my card and get a new one to stop reoccurring fraudulent charges after I never received my purchase.

I placed an order in January, they kept trying to take out payments out of my account and I have never received the product. I emailed them and they told me that my order was in transit.
Will be disputing this with my bank to see if I can get my money back!

Only giving 1 star because it’s not possible to give zero! Never received the product and now they’re taking out monthly payments which I never agreed to! FRAUDULENT COMPANY DO NOT ORDER!!

I really wish I had checked reviews before ordering!! What an absolute con, ordered on 17/01/26 and have been chasing for 2weeks for an update - NOTHING!!!
Disgraceful service

They’ve taken money twice out of my account and twice I’ve paid transaction. And I have not received my goods.

They claim I signed up to something I definitely have not! And each month taking £25 out of my account. I have tried through the link they emailed and their website to cancel this ‘subscription’ I apparently signed up to (I didn’t btw!!!) absolutely shocking, fraud at its finest!

I ordered a product from She Thrive and await delivery...had no correspondence at all...I now have had a subscription payment of £25.53 taken out of my account to which I did not subscribe to...on their website you can't unsubscribe as it logs out...I have contacted my bank and put a stop to any further attempts to take money....if not ill transfer all my dd go another account and close the original one.

If I could get away with absolutely no starts then that’s what she thrive company would get. I wouldn’t ever recommend ordering anything off this site as it’s 100 percent! A scam site. You don’t get your items and they just keep on taking money out of your bank account and making out that you signed up for the VIP rewards every month. They also send you a fake email to cancel your subscription on and you can’t even click on to it as it will keep on saying an error as occurred. It’s definetly a scummy scam site ran by scummy people who are taking peoples hard earned money. This site should be ashamed of themselves. Please don’t waste your time and money on it!! It’s a complete big time joke!!!!

Do not buy from this company. They are still trying to take money out of my credit card and I've never received any products they are scammers. I don't know how we all can collectively stop this

I purchased these gummies in December. I received a tracking number and order number for my purchase and never received the product. They then took another random payment out in January. I have written multiple emails and no response. I am reporting it to my bank as soon as this payment stops pending. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I wish I would have seen all of these reviews before I purchased.

ordered the gummies never received it and they just tried to charge me on my card. Thankfully I closed the account.

They continue to charge your account well after the order is received various different amounts to make it difficult to place a stop payment for a particular amount
