During this period, users can attend unlimited small group shared experiences.

You can cancel at any time during the trial; if not cancelled, a paid subscription automatically begins after the 7 days has passed.

If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer care team is happy to help, both via email or WhatsApp.

Thank you for taking the time to share such an honest and detailed review. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling disappointed and especially that it made you feel lonelier rather than more connected. That’s never what we want for anyone who joins StoriBoard.

What you’ve shared about not feeling aligned with certain groups, feeling judged, age mismatches, and experiences leaning too heavily towards drinking or competition is important feedback. Our intention is always to create inclusive, welcoming spaces where people from all backgrounds and professions feel respected and it’s clear that this wasn’t how it felt for you.

You’re also right to call out cancellations and swaps. We understand how frustrating it can be when an event changes or is replaced with something that doesn’t feel equivalent or suitable, and we’re actively working to improve how we handle this and communicate it more clearly.

Your point about catering better for 25–30-year-olds who are early in their careers, non-drinkers, or looking for calmer, more creative or sit-down experiences is heard loud and clear. We’re already expanding our range of formats beyond nights out, and feedback like yours directly shapes what we build next.

While we’re truly sorry StoriBoard wasn’t the right fit for you, we appreciate you being open about your experience – it helps us do better for others in the future. We wish you all the very best in finding a community that feels right for you.
