Highly recommended. I was delighted with the help and support i received from their solicitor Suzanne Daines. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, quickly returning calls and replying to emails. I can not fault the work she did for my road traffic accident claim, and I felt she was genuinely interested in getting the best result for me. I would have no hesitation in using them in the future.

Helpful advice and a good quality of work, especially as it was all done remotely.

Used pm law after a motor accident. They are an extremely efficient firm, very attentive to detail. They secured a very acceptable settlement. Highly recommended, if you have an injury claim or similar use them you will not be dissapointed.

I was told by my previous law firm whom we have to use by our trade union, that I had no case.
However, I was recommended PM Law and they did so much more work and put so much effort in to to successfully complete my claim.
The communication was excellent and I felt like the Solicitors only client, I heard from them that often.
I will never go anywhere else if I needed another law firm.
I recommend PM LAW extremely highly.

PM Law was appointed to deal with my personal injury case following a motorcycle accident. Throughout the whole process I was able to maintain contact with my solicitor and was able to track the progress of the case through regular updates. My solicitor was always available to discuss any concerns or questions and gave me a real sense that I was in safe hands which put me at ease. Although I was unsucessful in my claim, I would definitely recommend PM Law as a representative for legal services. Should I ever need advice or representation in the future I know where to turn.

Instructed this firm in September 2020 to deal with conveyancing in the sale of a property. They have an online system that supposedly tracks your case, which may as well be a blank screen! It took almost 8 weeks to set up my file and the online case system showed that my case was 7% complete. I raised this as an issue and was advised that this was normal and that my case had been now sent to a fee earner! At the end of November, I returned the transfer note and signed contract and waited for them to get back to me with a proposed completion date. Having heard nothing I emailed the "fee earner" and got no response whatsoever so a few days later telephoned and eventually got through only to be told the person was unavailable and they would ask that they call me back. Needless to say, they didn't and so yet another email was sent. Still no response so I emailed just about everyone in the company, also went on live chat explaining situation and that there was no contact.....ever. Low and behold after presumably someone higher up getting involved, I received a call from the fee earner who confirmed that the title document and contract had in fact been received by them on 7 December but nothing had happened since i.e two months just sat there! Fee earner stated that it is with the buyer’s solicitor that the problem rests with. I have just looked at the reviews for the buyer’s solicitors and found that over 95% of their reviews are 5 star and 5% 4 stars. All PM Law reviews are 1 star on this site and similar on other sites. NOTE: Be sure to read the correct reviews for conveyancing as the reviews above 1 star seem to be for their personal claims department!
Since drafting the above things have only deteriorated resulting in bare faced lies from the supposed solicitor dealing with our transaction, which is contrary to the code of practice issued by the solicitors regulatory authority (SRA) and to whom I will be reporting PM Law.
As of May 2021, my case is showing as 50% complete, 10 months after commencing this transaction, and there have been no issues with actual conveyancing such as boundary disputes, mining problems etc etc, it has been purely the incompetence of this company.
I have now changed solicitors, and the only thing PM Law have done correctly and expediently is issue a refund of all monies paid, but no apology or explanation simply and email confirming refund being processed. This in itself speaks volumes about this company as I informed (again) the fee earners line manager and the Managing Director but neither care enough about customer service.
I have even received a refund from property conveyancing index, who introduced me to PM Law, as they could not believe the extremely poor service encountered!
Totally avoid this company if you do not relish stress, anxiety, feeling helpless, angry, frustrated etc. I wish I'd reviewed them before instructing them. I urge you to search other reviews before using this company do not just take my word for it. You have been warned!!!!

This review is for Andrew Lee - thank you so much for all your support and bring closure to my claim that has been ongoing for years. Without the frequent communication, reassurance and updates along the way i probably wouldn't of reached settlement. I was always filled with hope through him and if it wasn't for you I wouldn't of got the closure i needed. Finally the last 5 years of stress can be closed for good, i cried happiness when seeing the letter today - I appreciate everything you did for me Andrew with pushing the company along before court. Although my compensation claim was drawn out over 15 months due to the impact of Covid on the UK legal process. During this time my litigation solicitor at PM Law Susanne Daine was focused throughout. Her professionalism, availability, advice and speedy correspondence was second to none. I wouldn't hesitate in using PM Law again or recommending them to others.

Excellent customer service. Kamarla was great throughout the entire claims process. Would recommend this solicitors to anyone wanting to making a personal injury claim as they go above and beyond to ensure you get the compensation your entitled to.

RTA Solicitor. Absolutely horrendous. TH seems to be “out of the building “ the majority of the time , especially when I called , had to ring back to remind the firm I was waiting for a call back . This was a regular occurrence.Some strange practices that happen within this firm . Stay clear . You’ve been warned
