One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a third-party seller/distributor. The level of miscommunication was absolutely appalling, and I had to deal with three different representatives/ Commercial Director or close to being numpties I should say, none of whom seemed to understand how to handle the situation or provide even a basic level of customer service.
The lack of communication, professionalism, and competence was extremely frustrating. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with this level of service, especially when all they expect is clear communication and a problem to be resolved efficiently. A thoroughly disappointing experience, and one that seriously undermines my confidence in this Mendes company.

Beautiful great quality Fire Doors came well protected and wrapped. Delivered by the most amazing guy called Adrian who really is a credit to your company.
Adrian carried 6 fire doors weighing 52kg each from the car park to the lift and then from the lift down 4 steps and along the corridor to my apartment.
I know he is an independent courier but you should definitely keep using him
