I run a small team and picked up…
I run a small team and picked up PMSuite about 4 months ago. I'll be straight with you, I was on the fence at first and almost didn't go for it. Started with the base package, then ended up upgrading to the white label version, and now the whole thing looks like it's our own software. Clients have no clue it isn't ours.
At this point I basically run my entire operation out of it.
Assigning tasks, sending invoices to customers, keeping up with clients while I'm on the move, it's all in one spot, which is exactly what I was after.
The thing that really won me over is the support. Anytime I get stuck or something just isn't clicking for me, I drop a ticket and someone gets back to me within about 6 hours. When you're a small team and can't afford to sit around waiting, that makes a real difference.
I honestly don't care whether it was ""vibe coded"" or built some fancy way. It works, it does what I need, and the folks behind it actually answer when I've got a question. Happy customer here.

My PMSuite journey is so far good Honestly, For the price, I thought it was a scam. But I gave it a try.
2 weeks of its use is at no point a regret, and support team is very helpful.
