Professional, friendly and went the extra mile to get out to us at short notice following a messy burglary. Very impressed.

Lovely bunch of people! Also excellent work done to my flat in Leeds.

I can't thank Louise enough, she was kind and respectful towards the situation and made me feel at ease! The results afterwards were amazing and made the space somewhere I could feel comfortable again. Would 100% recommend✨️

Victoria and the team are actual angels 😇
and I can’t thank them enough for all their hard work.
They were kind, sensitive to the situation and I couldn’t recommended them more.
One word amazing 🎉

Friendly, caring, efficient

Wow
When they say clean they mean clean
You could now eat a meal off of the floor and that's on carpet
But seriously as a hoarder the team went through everything of mine to keep or throw and did it all in a cheerful workmanlike, professional non judgemental manner
Cannot praise them all enough for their sterling work

Phenomenal service provided by the team, they didn't judge us at all, they was very understanding over our needs, they worked very hard to get us a blank slate so we could start over a fresh & we could be more grateful to the team.

I would highly recommend this company for any job especially if you require help with decluttering, a deep clean or a general clean as you won't be disappointed.

I am so happy! You gave me my home back.
My energy levels, lack of physical endurance, my bad back and hip and leg issues would make these tasks impossible, and you listened to everything I wanted to prioritise, and you followed through even to the smallest thing I had mentioned like the area under my desk.
Your organisation skills are superb. Your cleaning beyond the usual standards. Communication skills pleasant, efficient, and I am talking as a person with hearing and vision loss.
Thank you again, and I hope your kindness to me returns to you multiplied.

Biggest Thanks to Tracey and Laura (and team) for their mammoth effort in East Anglia for assisting with my 83yo mother’s clean and hoard issues I. Her 2 bedroom park home. It was a huge job and both my Mum and I are sincerely grateful for all your hard work. You’ve brought Mums place back to a SAFE, clean and accessible space to relax in. Living in Australia and being aware of the worsening state of her house was incredibly stressful and I am so grateful that Mum finally got the help she needed. The communication was regular, clear and honest. All attendance, plans and updates were transparent, inclusive and respectful. The organisation of mums personal effects was very efficient and makes my job easier to assist mum with the declutter/donation aspect of making space again.
I wouldn’t hesitate to re engage with this team or to refer them again in the future.

Needed a quick quote, quick attendance at site and Pocket Rocket delivered. Within hours I had a quote for a full house clean. The quote was easily the most competitive from the 3 quotations I received. House was clean to a professional standard. A company that delivers a great standard for a fantastic value.

I truly trust this company and their dedication and effort towards the job they working on is 100%. I have personally trained with them and can confirm that they are extremely qualified to the highest standards.
