I have sad news. Christmas day I presented the pockyball to my son. He loves it. But in 15 minutes of playing it broken. The rope reel stopped working.
Child is really disappointed. So it's BAD experience and customer service just ignoring my emails.

AVOID!!!! Says my order was delivered - but never received it. Tried to contact them but not response! £30 down the drain…. Just wish I’d read the reviews before 😡

Broke within 5 minutes on Christmas Day. The cord jammed. Seems very low quality parts for the price. Avoid to avoid disappointment.

Terrible product. It broke after 2 days of light, occasional use. The button that retracts the string is stuck fast, nothing that we could have avoided. They essentially don't allow refunds - very strict policy that only allows refunds under a set of very strict circumstances. And even then you have to contact them directly to request how to return the item and from what I can now see online, they don't respond.
I've learnt my lesson, never ever buy anything you see advertised on social media. Awful company, awful product. It's immoral really.

My 3 children each received one for Christmas, and 2 are broken by Boxing Day. Really poor quality, should be a couple of £ each for what you get. Really disappointing.

Cheap and broke on Christmas day after my son dropped the plastic spinning part on the floor.

My children got a Pockyball each for Christmas. They were so happy and immediately started playing with them.....1 hour later and one is already broken. The ball has come off the string that holds it so I don't think it will ever be able to be used again. I'm so disappointed and so is my son.

Ordered for Christmas for my son and it hasn’t turned up no confirmation just really hope it arrives. I don’t usually order advertisements from Instagram but was tempted with this one is knew he would really like it.

AVOID. Like many others have experienced, said my order was delivered, but it was not delivered. No reply from customer service, awful experience. Right before Christmas, too.

Dreadful service- totally ignore all emails & no phone number so leaves the customer completely helpless with no way of getting an answer. Utterly frustrating.
Won't order again from them as they clearly dont value their customers.

My order arrived but I found out my nephews already have one so I’m trying to return two pockyballs. There’s no returns label in the packaging, there’s no returns form on the website and they don’t respond to emails. So I just can’t get my money back? I’m sure that’s against my consumer rights?!

Update - it arrived today! Ordered on 5 Dec, money has been taken from account but no confirmation of order email received.
Two weeks later, no response to emails. But it did arrive 20 Dec!

No delivery of 2 pockyballs.

Woeful.

Avoid! Items never delivered to my address and they do not reply to emails. No phone number to contact them…

My pockeyball never turned up it says delivered. I emailed them with no response. Just got a cheeky email from marketing team saying reccomend a friend for a gift voucher. I dont think i will thanks!

My order has said it was delivered today, it has NOT been delivered,trying to get in touch with the company to alert them, I have sent 2 different emails to different addresses that they originally sent me when I ordered and both of them have bounced back...

I'm now very sceptical of this company, I would appreciate a response ASAP.

Ordered 2. No confirmation email therefore no order number to track. Nothing has arrived (order 28th November, it is now 6th December) and no reply to my email

Don't order. bought 2 online delivery tracker says delivered but haven't received them Have tried to get intouch by all means possible and haven't heard back. £30 down the drain. Want to warn others
