Shockingly bad experience. The product was nothing like the size we assumed and their "customer service" is geared to ensure that returns are difficult and nigh on impossible. Beware.

Terrible quality. My husband bought one for our son. After a couple of goes failed to retract back. When pulling it to try and get it to release it pulled the plastic plug out of the ball. Contacted customer service and was ignored. Tried social media and comment was deleted. Do not buy!!!!

Should have read reviews before purchase. The retractable string button broke within one hour of use. It is poor quality and not worth the money

Very poor quality.
My mother in law bought 2 for my sons. 1 has broken within 24hrs (plastic loop that connects the cable to the ball has snapped). It's basically a cheap foam ball on one of those cheap plastic retractable key rings. I was shocked when I saw how much she paid, you'd never pay that I'd you saw it in a shop first.

Do not waste your money. My order arrived today, the pockyball is cheaply made. The writing was not printed correctly some had already come off and the card it was attached to was flimsy. Looked like I'd bought it from a market stall for £5 not £17. This was supposed to be an Xmas gift.
Contacted customer services to request a replacement and was told I have to pay the postage to return the faulty product when I'd already paid to have it sent out. Not convinced another would be any better quality.

Cheap poor item broke second time using it then customer service is shocking you only get a generic response saying you will get a reply that never comes they will ignore all your attempts to contact them weather Facebook or Instagram or the customer service email. Don’t be fooled by this item even if it never broke it was still cheap and tacky poorly made.

Wish I had read reviews before purchase. The retractable string button broke within 1 day of use. Have emailed twice for return info and standard reply email states that you will receive a response within 24 hours. I have sent 2 emails and still no response.
AVOID!

Arrival of product was great and on time. Pockyball given as a present to my son on 15th June. Product then broke that evening it stopped retracting and the button seems to be stuck. Emailed customer services via the website on 16th June to explain and requested a response. Got an automated email to say it had been received but have had no feedback from this company since. Have tried emailing via the support email but just bounces back as undeliverable.

I have ordered two pockyball's and both times have had excellent service. Both my boys enjoy playing with the pockyball. Recommended!

A great way to keep kids entertained and can be taken anywhere!

Ordered two pockyballs on 14th April for my sons birthday. Website stated delivery within 4-7 days. But was advised the item would be with me 16-25th April. Never arrived. Ive filed a chargeback with my credit card company. It then randomly turned up on 12th May. I emailed customer services to advise them of this. No response again. The customer service has been dreadful I've asked for a returns label or address and been ignored. The best email response I've had from them is a sarcastic reply asking "did you read my email" I replied with did you read mine?

Avoid at all costs!

My daughter absolutely loves her Pockyball, she plays with it for hours and it really helps with her coordination.

I have ordered two pocky ball's now and both times have had excellent service and a great product both my daughter and son love their pocky ball.

So far so good! This has been everywhere with us- garden, beach, camping, bedroom, living room etc. It seems to be a hit! It took a little while to get to us, but no complaints on the service delivered.

Wonderful little toy that you can carry anywhere and keeps the kids entertained for hours!! They love and I will be buying some more for their friends’ birthdays!

Pockyball is great!

Nice little device that my kids love. Improves their skills too. Definitely worth the money.

Great to keep the kids occupier and engaged and away from screens.

I bought Pockyballs for my twins, and especially my daughter loves it. The balls are really handy when space is limited and they're great when the kids are a bit bored and not sure what to do. We haven't taken them out yet, but they've proven to be really useful for indoor fun 😁😁 Even I've had a little go 😉

Just had to add, we've had the balls for few weeks now and the kids haven't managed to break them, so that's always a bonus!!! 😃
